I gave a review on this beautiful condo last year...after spending a fantastic weekend in Unit #2203. Well, we loved it so much that we stayed there again this year! Only, this time, we managed to squeeze in a couple of extra days! The condo was just as nice...everything looked the same...as last year's stay. I didn't know what to expect with new management and all; but I was pleasantly surprised by the noticeable differences. It felt so good to bypass the front desk and head straight up to the 22nd floor! No "check-in" necessary! Management had emailed the door code to us...we just punched in the code and walked right in! Everything was waiting for us in the kichen/bar area when we got there, including a big "Welcome" packet with a few goodies, door cards (for parking garage access), and LOTS of discount coupons to local attractions and restaurants! I hate to sound like a broken record; but I can't wait to go back! I feel a little homesick...missing "my" beachfront condo already! I would -- and often DO -- highly recommend this PCB condo to anyone looking for a beautiful place to escape to!

We had a fantastic and relaxing week at Sterling Breeze! The weather was absolutely gorgeous! The condo decor was perfect for the beach setting. We loved the view from the balcony and were lucky enough to see a dolphin or two while having breakfast. The grill was an added feature as we took advantage of cooking our meals all week. We walked to the local Seafood Market and picked up some delicious shrimp to grill. We loved the dvd kiosk which we took of advantage to catch up on some movies. The condo is in a great location for walks to Pier Park, grocery store and beach walks. We also rode our bikes at a nearby park, as well as drove about 8 miles to Rosemary Beach on 30A which had a nice and flat path that went on for miles through various beach communities. We had such a great week that we hope to make this an annual trip! Thanks for a wonderful week at the beach!

...literally! Yes, the pictures and description were accurate. But I don't know if anything could have prepared me for this condo!!! I LOVED the layout...everybody had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy themselves! I LOVED the decor...clean, up-to-date, not too much, not too little, not too fru-fru but CLASSY! AND I L-O-V-E-D THE "BACKYARD"!!! ***Did I forget to mention that there's a washer & dryer off the kitchen???*** The girls ran ahead of us and were the first to see the condo. When we opened the door, we, literally, gasped! And then, the girls peeped inside the sliding door and screamed for us to come take a look. There we were...22 floors up...overlooking the beautiful sands and blue/blue-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico...WHAT A BEAUTIFUL SIGHT TO BEHOLD!!! I spent countless hours just sitting on the spacious patio, watching the waves crash ashore. (Sidenote: There's a gas grill on the patio...next year, I WILL NOT forget to pack my special grilling sauces/spices!) I felt so privileged to be staying in that condo. Yep, that's exactly how I felt - privileged! ...like I was somebody important; so "they" gave me the royal treatment! *giggles* Oh, and the rest of the building was VERY NICE, as well! Everything you could ever possibly want (except, maybe, free food LOL!) was inside! The staff and the owner were extremely friendly, helpful. There was a pedestrian bridge...so, you could easily cross the street (above the street!) to the parking garage. And it's right on "the strip" - walking distance (or a short drive, if you're lazy like I am lol) to restaurants (I HIGHLY recommend the Red Beans & Rice at J-Michael's!!! I think it's on Thomas Drive...about a 10 minute drive and well-worth it!), stores, and whatever else floats your boat! You haven't lived until you've seen the sun set over "the ocean" (as my niece called it). It's been nearly 2 months, and I still can't stop smiling! :-D I've been telling EVERYBODY all about the wonderful experience I had in PCB this year! Now, I'm spoiled...and can't imagine staying anywhere else when we make our yearly trek to PCB! I can't wait to go back for seconds!!!

The pictures of this place are exactly what you get- if not, better! The view from the 22nd floor overlooking what felt like the ENTIRE gulf? Breathtaking. Pool? Amazing. Hot tub? Amazing. Bar? Great, along with the bartender. Beach? Perfect. The strip not even five minutes away full of cool stores, eateries and bars, movie theater, mall, and overall awesome atmosphere? Absolutely perfect! I'd totally recommend this place to anyone, from those looking to have an exciting experience in Panama to those that simply want a nice, calm getaway.

We had a Fantastic time! Annually, my friend and I would visit PCB for the Seabreeze Jazz Festival. This year, we rented the condo instead of staying at a hotel -- and what a great decision that was!! The condo was so much more than we ever imagined. It was absolutely beautiful. The space was fantastic; the view was breathtaking - at every moment of the day! The location was perfect - close to Pier Park, restaurants and most importantly - on the beach! The staff and cleanliness of the property was spectacular!! I would highly recommend it!

When I say the pictures of this place I saw before getting to this condo are spot on, trust me it's true! It was like walking in to one of the photographs when we got there. This place was absolutely fantastic. Spotless isn't even the word for the condition of this gorgeous setting. The view from the balcony was truly amazing. Although the place sleeps 6 we found ourselves several nights knocked out on the couch with the back door open listening to the waves crash. This is definitely a great place for the over 25 crowd looking for a nice getaway away from the commercial madness and the younger crowd. Very elegant decor and quite the classy setting. I loved relaxing in the hot tub at the end of the night. I found it very impressive to see folks constantly manicuring the grounds each day and security patrolling the parking deck and the grounds day and night. I can't wait to go back!! To the owner: VERY WELL DONE!!

We stayed in this condo October 10-13, 2010. I was truly amazed at how beautiful it was. It wasn't your typical cliché beach condo. It was decorated with great style - a modern, yet comfortable atmosphere. There were just two of us; both adults and we had more than enough room. The king size bed was amazing - clean, huge and comfy. The view from the balcony was just breathtaking. Each morning, bright and early, we were able to watch the dolphins playing in the ocean, not just one or two but a BUNCH! The Gulf was clear, calm and clean. That's right - not even a hint of oil! The pool has jets like a hot tub and there was nothing more relaxing than the hot tub after basking in the sun on the beach all day. We all know how scary multi-person bathrooms can be, but I have to say the bathrooms by the pool were just as clean and modern as the building’s lobby. The condo is close enough to great restaurants, but far enough away from the mayhem that is sometimes associated with Panama City. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone and everyone who is looking for a cozy, modern, classy place to stay while on vacation. The owner clearly takes great pride in his place and left no stone unturned.

This condo is stunning. It is clean and well appointed. The view from the balcony is breath taking. The location is convenient to any type of amenities you could want during your stay. I will highly recommend this condo to all my friends and family that want to take a seaside vacation on the gulf. I hope to return there soon myself.

This couldn't have been in a better location, walking distance to more than half of the Panama City hot spots, 15-min driving distance to the remaining unique Panama City must-see places and events. Restaurants, stores, music and entertainment all around you. The pool is one of the best I've had the comfort of playing in. The beach was clean, soothing, definitely one of the more nicer segments of the entire beach Reclinable chairs were plentiful. Elevators are best of breed elevators, quick and quiet. Great view and access to the beach, near and in between 2 large piers. Great room, with an incredible view. Luxurious and clean condo. Fully-loaded with appliances, furnishings, the works! Movie rentals? Yes! Gym? Decent. Covered parking! The customer service at the condo residence is top-notch.

My husband and I, along with our son, and his friend thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this stylish condo. The guys would have been comfortable sleeping in the spacious hall bunks, but chose to sleep on the queen sleeper in the living area in order to have access to the LARGE flatscreen television. Being on the 22 floor made it easy to see marine life from our balcony; we watched the Stingray have their morning meal. The photos of the property were very accurate. The tiled bathrooms with the stylish vanities were every bit as nice as the photos on the website. From beautiful granite countertops, & black appliances, to the conveniece of the stackable washer and dryer, all made for a pleasant vacation!

I am sending a huge thank you to the owner of Unit 2203 and Sterling Breeze for our stay during springbreak 2010. This unit on the 22nd floor was clean and beautiful. Note to others: Elevators operate at decent speed and not painfully slow like some other locations on Front Beach Rd. Also, being able to rent DVDs was a nice added feature by Sterling Breeze. One Question: Why wasn't there enough hot water to go around?thanks again!
Owner response:Thank you for your feedback! Just an FYI...the temperature on the water heater has been turned up.

This unit did not meet my expectations, …it exceeded them!! The condo was immaculate with all the amenities I could ask for. Nicely done. A calming and inviting décor. Enjoyed every minute, from the spa-like shower in the master bath, to the warmth of the fire-pit. The best part of my stay, was the view from the balcony. Absolutely breathtaking.

Two girlfriends and I rented this condo for a long weekend in May and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The property was immaculate, the unit was elegantly appointed, and the views from the balcony were breathtaking. We loved the infiniti-edge pool and beachfront fire-pit for nightly gatherings. I plan to go back time and time again.

My wife and daughter had great time staying there. The view was extraordinary, and so much was so accessible and close by. It was so comfortable and a great please to retire to at the end of the day. Highly recommended!
