We provide dishes, glassware and eating utensils in the kitchen... towels, linens and paper products for the bed and bathrooms and other items to make you feel comfortably at home. The property will be clean upon your arrival; however, there is no daily housekeeping service. Therefore, we respectfully request that you maintain the home in a neat and orderly fashion, wash any dishes used in the kitchen and spot clean when necessary.
This is our second home in Gettysburg; we welcome only guests who are willing to respect our property as if it is their own. This is why we will rent only to families or couples. Please do not inquire if you intend to use our home as a “party pad.” We have an on-site property manager who will respond immediately if you ever need assistance during your stay.

Beautiful place in a great location

We stayed a week with two teenagers and Granma. The place is very clean, nicely decorated. It is located close to all the tourist attractions (Historic sites, museums, Gettysburg civil war battle field, movie theaters and also the Majestic Theater which is just 1.5 blocks away. The Majestic is a historic theater with a nicely kept historic main theater plus two new Stadium movie theaters). In addition the place is just 15 minutes from the SKI resort and great hike paths. The beds are very comfortable. The 2nd floor bathroom is large and beautiful with good water volume and enough hot water for 5 people to take consecutive showers. The water volume on the first floor bathroom is low so everyone showered on the 2nd floor bathroom. The kitchen doesn't have much counter space or a dish washer and the available pots are few and old so cooking for a group of people is a bit uncomfortable but we managed to cook several meals for all 5 of us and we enjoyed the great Dining room. There are also great restaurants in a 3 block radius and a good Chinese take-out just next door. The owner is very attentive and provides a great service. At our arrival we experienced that the top floor was uncomfortably warm and the lower floor was uncomfortably cold. So we called the owner and they had it fixed promptly making the temperature pleasant on both floors. We recommend the place.

Girls weekend - 7 adults stayed. Very nice place. More than enough room for the seven of us. Great location. Convenient parking for two vehicles out back - entrance to the apt from the back which made carrying luggage in/out very convenient. Walk out the front door and you are just a few steps from Lincoln Square and all of its shops, restaurants, etc. We did not use the car all weekend as we were able to easily walk to everything we wanted to do. We had only one question of the owner during our stay and she immediately responded. Would recommend to friends/family and we plan to stay at this place again.

My five golfing buddies and I recently came to Gettysburg for golf and fun. The apartment was perfect! It was clean and very comfortable. It had everything we needed fora good time. The owner was very accommodating and we will be sure to stay here again the next time we are in the area.

We spent 4 days in the apartment. The upstairs Bathroom was the best I have ever seen. the Bedrooms, Living Room and Dining Room were fine. The problem was the Kitchen. NO dishwasher, Not equiped very well for cooking. the pots and pans were old, in poor condition. I would stay again, but bring my own cooking tools

We stayed here last summer for a week and we were very pleased. The apartment is clean and actually very spacious. There were three bedrooms upstairs and a very big bathroom. Downstairs there is one bedroom another bathroom, a cute dining area, small living room and a kitchenette. As an added bonus there was a washer and dryer too. We parked our car out back most days and walked to the various atttractions. It was so nice to come back after a long day out and about and have a "home" to rest and relax before going back out in the evenings. I would highly reccommend this apartment if you have a family and want something other than a hotel.

We considered staying in a hotel but decided to try something different. We found the place to be clean, very spacious and nicely decorated. Being just 4 doors down from Lincoln square, we were able to leave our car behind and enjoy Gettysburg on foot. All in all, this place is an excellent choice right in the heart of Gettysburg. See you guys next year!
