A private dock only 50 ft. from the house makes for convenient enjoyment of the indoors and outdoors. No houses or docks on the other side of the cove ensures your peace and quiet, as well as stunning views.
The expansive decks have both a screened-in area and uncovered areas. The screened in porch has vaulted ceilings, dining for 6, L shaped sofa seating, 2 ceiling fans, and a flat screen TV. The upper uncovered deck areas include comfy zero gravity chairs, built in bench seating, charcoal and gas grills. The lower areas have suspended hammock chairs, a large wooden picnic table, and an outdoor pool table with all the accessories.
The home is completely furnished - just bring your suitcase! Stainless steel appliances, hand carved rustic furniture, Direct TV, and a brand new fully modern bathroom make sure you are not roughing it on your vacation! Rent a boat from 2 marinas close by - Prairie Creek or Rocky Branch.
Life jackets, ski ropes, fishing poles, ping pong, ladderball and much more included for your enjoyment and convenience. Of course hiking from the house to nearby areas provides lovely views and wildlife sightings year round.

Why the Owner Chose Rogers
Our lake house is so close to the Bentonville/ Rogers, Fayetteville area that it is easy to get there for a long weekend, yet feel a million miles away (Convenient to Walmart & Sam's). Ventris Cove is an ideal spot on Beaver Lake. We are at the far back of the cove so it does not get much boat traffic, yet we can hop in our boat and be in the thick of Beaver Lake activities in a minute flat.
The Unique Benefits at this House
The unique benefits of our lake house are a lakefront home, private 2 slip dock with swim platform, with the home and the dock being very close to one another. Renters can keep their boat at the dock, and can easily ride to the Marina restaurant for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Modern appliances on the inside, coupled with the fun amenities included makes for easy vacation planning.
