Fantastic views of the Chetco River & Bridge, Port of Brookings- Harbor Port, and the Pacific Ocean. So close to the water you might try fishing from the decks.
Besides the 1853 sq. ft. living area, there is a 388 sq. ft. party deck "under" the home. Special features and surprises throughout this home make for a very enjoyable & relaxing stay.
Warning - In order to be close to the water there are four flights of outdoor stairs down to the unit from the parking area. Potential occupants should consider their ability to use the stairs. Current owner has maintained great health and ability by doing these stairs for many, many years.
Easy one block walk to the beach and very close to the library, bowling center/restaurant, as well as walking distance (less than 1 mile) to downtown Brookings and several art/antique businesses and our local two screen theater.
