Accessed by a gated entrance with marvellous cobbled paving, Villa Miriam sits within a garden and the vegetable garden of the owners just behind it.This delightful property offers spacious comfort and stunning lake views , especially from a wide balcony that runs the length of the unit, furnished for dining or just plain relaxing.
A botticino marble stair leads to the first floor occupied by the entire home with the ground level having a garage,a laundry/wc/big shower and a wine cellar.
V.M. offers a generously open living,dining and kitchen area that expands onto the terrace enjoying far reaching views across Como Lake to the opposite shore of Tremezzo with the famous gardens of “Villa Carlotta” ,the striking elegance of “Villa Balbianello”, Comacina Island and Valle D’Intelvi with the mountains of near Switzerland,or Monte San Primo at its back.
A pebbly,public beach is within five minute walking distance and the famous Bellagio can be reached in 10’ by car or by bus .
Equipped with air conditioning,screened bedroom windows,hardwood floors,a washing machine and a brand new kitchen with a small fireplace, Villa Miriam is suitable for four-six people,having a sofa bed in the living room.Satellite television,a CD_DVD player with cds and dvds,a radio and a dial-up Internet connection for those with a laptop –on request- are all part of the modern,comfortable interiors.
One bedroom with a French balcony faces the lake with a queen size bed and an en suite bathroom with bathtub ; the other one with two single,joinable beds and a bathroom with jetted shower.
The center of Lezzeno with groceries,restaurants,bars,a rental shop for boats and canoes are a 5 minute drive away;Bellagio is within 10 minute drives;the silk outlets of Como and Menaggio 30;Lecco 40;Milano 75;Lugano 60;Pavia or Bergamo 90.A bus stop services Bellagio or Como and many other lake side towns until early evening.

I've been living by the lake since i was born.I love water: My Lake, the sea.I can't live anywhere without seeing the lake or the sea from the window.In summer I often have breakfast early on the terrace enjoying the exhilarating view of the lake in all its beauty:the water with its different colours,some fishers in their typical boats coming back home,the mountains surrounding the lake just like the ring around the pearl.Every time is like the first time.
