Westlake Villa on Westlake Boulevard is perfectly placed for all of Naples attractions. The beach is about one mile and walkable. Plus you can walk to some of Naples most attractive shops and popular restaurants in just 5 minutes.
The villa is fully furnished throughout and always well maintained by our full time local manager who ensures the guests have a trouble free vacation.
The swimming pool is electric heated and is south facing, fully enclosed by foliage to give total privacy. The patio is also partially covered for shading, and has a gas BBQ.
The property is an older villa by local standards but is fully furnished and very homely. The master bedroom has a king bed and full ensuite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms share another full bathroom. With full facilities and utility room all guests need for their stay are personal belongings.
