PALM RIVER is a large, older styled villa set an a large plot of over a third of an acre in a very quiet peaceful neighborhood and on a no through road. All that Naples has to offer is within a max of 20 minutes drive, shops within walking distance and the beach about 7 minutes drive. The home consists of 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a lounge , a family room with dining area off which is the fully equipped kitchen, installed only last year. Off the lounge is another area in which the pool table is situated. The master bedroom has a king size bed with full ensuite bathroom , there is a second double bedroom with bathroom off,and twin bedroom sharing the master bathroom and two more double bedrooms sharing a third bathroom.
The private pool and patio area is fully enclosed with a screened lanai and is south west facing, getting the maximum sun, superb uninterrupted views and magnificent sunsets for which Naples is famous. . The gardens both at the front, side and back are extensive which is great for families. In fact this is a great home for families in an older traditional Florida home, originally built as a model show home but in recent years benefiting from over $50,000 of improvements and up-grades.
A small shallow safe creek runs through the land and guests have private fishing rights. The private little used La Playa golf course is set well back from the villa.
To summarize, if you want as much sun as possible, great views, spacious accommodation, convinient location yet peace and privacy then our villa ticks all the boxes and is great value.

I have been visiting Naples frequently for many years , where my family live, and have owned Palm River for 10 years. It may not be one of the newly built homes , but we are constantly working on improvements. The neighbourhood is a long established community and has a real south west gulf coast ambience.

Our Villa is ideal for our large family, and likewise other larger groups. Very safe for children with lots of gardens they can play in. Also with the efficient road systems in Naples it is well located to visit all of the local attractions, beach, shops, etc, quick and easily. Indeed the home could not be better located for most of what Naples and the area has to offer.
The Unique Benefits of this Villa
One of the great delights of staying at PALM RIVER is the peaceful private location, yet within walking distance of many excellent shops and deli's . There is nothing better than walking down to the bakery in the morning and buying fresh out of the oven , bread, cakes and doughnuts...just wonderful.
