  We stayed at this condo March 30 - April 6, 2013 The unit was very nice and decorated with nice taste. We had plenty of room for our group of 6. The kitchen was stocked with cooking items that would allow you to stay in and make a meal we did this several evening and enjoyed cooking in the beautiful kitchen. Parking was secure and it was great to have an assigned parking spot we always knew we would have a parking spot when we returned to the unit. Once you arrive you don't really need a car everything is within walking distance and we enjoyed walking to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We also saw the dolphins on multiple days from the balcony swimming in the area. It was funny because the tour boats would come into that cover so folks on the boats could see the dolphins as well. We felt special because we didn’t have to get on a boat to enjoy the dolphins playing in the cover. Tampa is close by, we went to a Lightning Hockey game one evening and the arena is beautiful. In case it rains they have a mall within 10-15 miles that has movies, ice rink, and multiple restaurants. We would stay in this condo again. Thank you for allowing us to use your condo for the week it was a great experience.

  My whole family fell in love with this place. The location is perfect. It is within walking distance from the beach, restaurants, shopping, activities. The pictures on the website don't do it justice. The condo is spacious and clean with a beautiful view from the balconies. Yamini was informative and cordial. We felt quite at home and would love to be able to come back!

  My family and I stayed at the Harborview Grande Condo and were absolutely thrilled at the choice we made. The condo was very clean, well maintained and the location was perfect. The beach was near by and there were many shops and restaurants within walking distance. The owner was the very best to deal with. She answered her calls always and made sure we were happy with everything. One of the nice conveniences she had was the free phone calls to the U.S. & Canada.My elderly Mother enjoyed our usual everyday calls that I could make at no extra expense.We thought that was a very thoughtful jesture for the renters. We recommend this condo to all, you will not be disappointed. Without any hestitation, we will be staying at this condo again when we return to Clearwater Beach.   Great place to stay if you want a night life along with all the beauty that Florida has to offer. No crowds, no traffic, just great weather and friendly people. Great condo with plenty of amenties. Forget about a hotel room. This condo has a great private view of the bay for dolphin watching from the balcony. The front entrance has a view of the beaches and shepards Tiki bar (across the street). Pier 60 is a nice 10 minute walk and the sunset is Incredible. Since the condo is very spacious, it became our home away from home. The gated parking under the building was also a great addition. Thanks Yamini for allowing us to stay at this beautiful and comfortable property. It was well worth the price. The Rivera family Bronx, NY

  A+ all the way, our 2nd stay here at the Harborview Grande and an exiciting one it is from the moment we arrived...saw dolphins and a stingray from the balcony, unit was in superb condition w/ any amenity u can imagine...all u have to do is bring ur bathing suit and some $$$$. Thank you to Yamini who was very pleasent to deal with....we will come again.

  My husband and I stayed in this lovely condo for two full months, all of January and February 2012. From the day we arrived until the day we left there was nothing we found lacking. The fully equipped kitchen, TV's in every bedroom, gorgeous views, beautiful, clean, comfortable furniture and the beds were just the best. We walked to the beach and many restaurants. Went on a three hour kayak trip down the Weeki Wachee river, which we highly recommend. Went out on 1/2 day fishing trips and played lots of tennis on lovely town courts. We signed up at the Clearwater beach rec center and used their gym, zumba classes and the tennis courts. It was truly a home away from home and we enjoyed every minute. I especially liked lunch and cocktail hour on the patio. The view never got old. As others have mentioned, the photos and description of the condo are more than accurate and Yamini is a delight to deal with. Directly across the street is Shephards tiki bar. It is a gorgeous, outside, granite bar with beautiful tables and live music everyday. It is a great place to see the sunset, have a bite to eat and walk home across the street. Also Jimmy's Iquana bar is just as lovely. They have a more extensive menu. We loved the Bistro just down the street on Mandalay and had an exquisite dinner at The Beachcomber just infront of the Bistro. The Hyatt looks daunting and too fancy, but they welcome the public and it is a nice change from the Crabby Bills and Frenchy happy hours...even though we liked those too. It was all good.   We stayed here for the first week of our Florida vacation and ended up wondering why we wanted to move on. This was an extremely well taken care of unit and beautifully appointed/decorated. We were looking forward to lounging on the patio in the mornings and watching the dauphins, they did not disappoint, neither did the view! Although we had a car rented for our 3 week trip, we didn't real need it in Clearwater as the beaches and restaurants were all within easy walking distance. It was a great location overall and the weather was awesome for the full week, not a single drop of rain did we see. As this was the second year in a row travelling to Florida, we're not likely to go again in the coming year, if we did however, this place would be our first choice for accomodations.   this is the place i woulod live all year round if i could, not only is clearwater a great town but this condo MADE my trip. My friends where getting married in the hilton ant about 30 of us made the trip down fro nyc. Everyone was staying in the hilton but we opted for the privacy of our own place and by the end off the week our friends where green with envy. The condo itself if is as pristeen as the gulf it sits by, and Yamni is so easy to deal with. All in all stay here.

  Had an excellent stay here. The Condo is spacious wih excellent facilities. Glorious sun-rises over the Bay. Dolphins in the bay too if you wtach for them in the mornings. Very close to beaches and Pier 60. Plenty of good eating nearby. I would recommend this condo. The owner is very easy to deal with and uses Paypal to make it simple. A perfect vacation!

  Thanks Yamini for renting us your comfortable condo, it is a great place, this is a beautiful property that worked well for our family and we really enjoyed it. A very nice well stocked condo. There is nothing you could want or need that they did not have in the condo.We had the chance to see many dolphins and one manatee from the balcony, I guess we were lucky to see the manatee, they are rare. We had wonderful sunrise from the balcony and fabulous sunset from the beach. My family and I talked about the next year vacation; we would like to stay a few more days, time fly so fast. I went to the baseball game in Tampa Monday night to see the Rays, we had the chance to see the no hitter game, this is like seeing a manatee, it is very rare! We loved the facility and the location, close to the beach, eating establishments, Pier 60, etc! I would highly recommend this property!!
