  We knew the moment we opened the condo door that we would love this place. It's huge for a studio - the biggest we've stayed in at Copper Mountain. We think it was bigger than a few of the shoe box 2 bedroom condos we've stayed in over the years. The weather was very cold outside during our stay, so we had the fireplace turned on all the time and it really cranks out the heat. We gave our friends the bed in the loft and we took the sofa-sleeper in the living room and another nice surprise was that it had a memory foam mattress that was SO comfortable. There is a convenient ski locker room right off the patio of Pizza Carlo in the building. You can guess that we had a few apres beers on that patio on the one day it was warm and sunny. We all agreed that we lucked out on this condo for the price and the fact that it really is a ski in/ski out location. Oh and we can't forget how great the communication was with the owner. She gave us extra attention and sent Nordic skiing information to our friend who is not a downhill skier. Will definitely stay here again and hopfully it will be soon!

  My husband and I were a little worried because we never booked a place through VRBO before. But we will definitely book this condo through them again! Our experince from the begining was great all the way to the time we checked out. We thought that owners just say that the condo is ski in, ski out, but this one really was! It couldn't be any closer except on the the ski lift. ha ha. It was easy to check in because we didn't have to stop anywhere, and went right to the condo. Leigh's directions were easy to follow. We couldn't believe how big the condo was for the price we paid, and it was so nice and cute. We loved the fire place at night, and had the windows open all day with the sun shining in. We got those Secret lift tickets for a good price and didn't even have to wait in line and there was fresh powder snow every day!!!!! We called Leigh for suggestions on snowmobiling and restaurants and she gave us so many ideas because she lives there. We called her a couple of times and she is really friendly and told us to go JJs for Mo Dickson and we had a riot! We cooked our meals inside the condo the rest of the time to save money. It was a full kitchen and not like you usually get in a studio size condo. There were dishes and everything to cook with. There was even 2 crock pots and we made chili and soup for after skiing. We can't wait for our ski trip next year and hope that this condo will be available. Jess from Texas.

  We just returned from our week at Copper and we had a wonderful time. This location is perfect for those who like to wake up and check out the slopes and activities. Everything was within walking distance, great food and beverages, and a great place to relax after a day of skiing. The room was just what we expected, open space, great view, fire place and a perfect sleeping area in the loft upstairs. Leigh was very helpful with our pre-stay information; directions were accurate and easy to follow and the secret pass is awesome; straight to the head of the line, no waiting; a real VIP treatment. Thanks again, we'd return to this place for sure.

  This is the perfect location for a Ski-in Ski-out, the lift is literally right out the door. The place is great as well. I loved the fireplace and the loft style was really neat. The place was a lot roomier than the pictures give it credit. It was very cozy and if we stay a weekend at Copper again, I will definitely try to get this place again. Also, the owner was diligent. We had a couple of questions while we were there and she was quick to return our calls, even one we made our first night around 9:00 pm! All around perfect place to stay!

  I was very disapointed that the fireplace did not work. I called several times and they said they would have someone come fix it but nobody ever did. We were really looking forward to the fireplace working!! The bathroom needs some updating, there is mold in certain spots and looks a little dingy. The electrical in the unit has issues!! In order to plug our cellphones in to charge, we would have to unplug the tv and were not able to watch it with them plugged in. The lights downstairs in the unit do not all work. We had to purchase quite a few things such as toilet paper, paper towel, garbage bags etc. We were only given 6 towels for the 4 of us to last 10 days of lodging so we had to wash the towels a quite a few times. The unit is in a GREAT location, very close to everything and was clean for the most part! We had a great time while we were there, loved the location and the ability to prepare our own meals and things. Mainly I was dissapointed and felt that I should have been warned that the fireplace was not working and even offered a discount because of it. If they had no intention of fixing it I wish they just would have said they were not going to fix it instead of playing games!!

  Owner response: We hired a manager to run the property. As you can see that did not work out as well as we had hoped. All of these discrepancies have been fixed and will not happen again. We are quite sorry that our condo was a disappointment. Please call us directly at the number listed if any other issues arise. Oct 18, 2010 Happy Update: We are thrilled to report that the fireplace is as good as new - maybe better. (after a hefty repair bill) Many thanks to Service Monkey in Breckenridge for providing the ONLY fireplace repairs in Summit County! This condo is now generously stocked, repaired and ready for ski season! Thank you to all of our return customers who continue to have confidence in us. :)

  Location, location, location! What a perfect spot for a true ski-in, ski-out condo. Was wonderful being so close to everything...rent skis right in your building. Condo was quiet with a good view of the slopes and lift from the window. Owner very helpful and accommodating.

  Just stayed in this condo for four nights--loved it! Saved a ton of money by being able to get off the lift and be inside eating home cooked meals instead of $8.00 cheese burgers! Has everything you need for a great ski trip! Would highly recommend, and plan on using many more times.
