Why the Owner Chose Panama City
This property was built in the perfect area. It is a private condo complex only having 4 condos. It is located in a private gated community with the most beautiful beaches you have ever seen. The water is crystal clear and the sunsets are amazing. It is located close to surrounding communities that can be accessed for dinner and entertainment with out having to drive into the larger towns. This property sits directly between Destin and Panama City so if you want to access those area you can be there is 15-20 minutes.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
I personally do not think you could ask for a better beach, so when visiting I spend most of my time on the beach in the peace and quite with a good book. When I am ready to do something fun, I will hop on my bike and take a ride down to Rosemary Beach and have dinner at a sidewalk cafe or take in an art show. It truly is the perfect location.
