First of all I would like to thank you for visiting our property site, we take pride in assisting our renters and keeping our Villa in like new condition. I grew up in Burbank and currently reside in Lake Oswego, Oregon with my wife Julie and 3 kids. I purchased this second home in 2009 and added all new furnishings, appliances, flat screen tv's etc. I designed the Legacy Villa as a second home for my family rather than a vacation rental, therefore the luxury of our location far surpasses most others. I own a financial planning company called Somerset Wealth Strategies based out of Portland specializing in guaranteed retirement income solutions, retirement and estate planning. My hobbies include spending time with my wife Julie and kids, golf, traveling, and relaxation.

We arrived here in La Quinta and I just have one word for ya BEAUTIFUL!!!!! Your place is great and it feels like home already, we enjoyed the pool this afternoon and plan on doing that a lot this week. Thank you again for everything.

This Villa has the Perfect location and you get a warm and fuzzy feeling from the second you enter this beautiful new place. We LOVED IT and plan on coming back again to the same Villa!
