Awesome!!! A spectacular condo with caribbean decor and large murals done by local artists. You will think Jimmy Buffet or Tommy Bahama, with the bold decor and large ten foot "stack back" patio doors on two sides of the living and dinning area overlooking the private lap pool, beach, and BOTH of the large resort pools. The first pool is parrallel to the beach and palm grove, the second pool is located across from the condo terrace for easy access to the beach. The second bedroom is a "lock out" unit and has its own private entrance. No money has been spared in the decorum for your enjoyment. Here you will enjoy tropical breezes and perfect sunsets from the beach. Dine indoors or outside, eat at the restaurant on property or take a short beach walk to Carlos and Charlies, The Paradise, Mr. Sanchoes, and many other beach front activates. Playa Mia is located a short distance away. Water sport rentals are at the Reef Club next door. The new pier is great for easy pick up and drop off from your fun day diving, snorkeling, or fishing.

My husband John and I are business owners in Missouri and work hard keeping a Convience Store/deli going and a fine dining resturant open. When we get time to escape we always go back to cozumel to rest, relax, dive, and enjoy the people. Having done this twice a year for over 15 years now. We are always anxious to get back there and hate to leave. The island and its people capture a part of you once you go and experience it...it is so much more than a vacation place...it is home.
Why the Owner Chose Cozumel Island
Going to the island the past 15 years and always staying at the Presidente' or trying an all inclusive we decided to buy a condo at the Residencias Reef in 2005. We knew we always went there to dive and relax at least twice a year and had been taken in by the island and the people. This place leaves a lasting impression on your lives once you visit. Even if you do not dive or snorkel there is so much more to do on this tiny little island. It has something for all ages....most of all you leave feeling relaxed and thinking when you will return.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Our condo has its own private lap pool that is just perfect for sharing with family and friends at the end of the day. we love having cocktails on the terrace and just hanging out in our pool befor we get ready to go out to dinner. My husband has a morning dip while i make us a light breakfast...the second pool in the resort is located next to our condo. there is never hardly anyone there so it is also like having a second private pool and so close that we can run to the condo to get refreshments easily. It is perfect for our seven grandchildren as we can watch them right from out terrace and make sure they are enjoying themselves and not fighting with each other. Steps off the terrace takes you to the beach pool and then a short distance either way on the beach to other places to eat,drink, and play in the water. Playa Mia is a short walk for family fun.Everything is just right there for entertainment.
