What a wonderful 2 weeks we just spent in Cozumel! This condo is exceptional with all the amenities one would need. Having the pool on the deck for a quick refreshing dip or nice leisurely soak was amazing. The owners were very responsive and agreeable to any questions or requests. We had used this property in the past under a different owner and are happier with the new owners. We would definetly use this property again and plan to return sometime in the fall.

Laurie and Ed are wonderful! The caretaker, Miguel, was so helpful and at our beck and call. I don't even know where to begin. Our family was so pleasantly surprised by how beautiful this condo was and how lovely the whole property was. The rooms were decorated wonderfully. The kitchen had every tool known to man in it, blenders and every other gadget you could think of. Coolers to use. Plenty of towels. The outside lap pool was quite a hit with the family..not that you needed it. There are 2 pools on site that . The snorkeling was amazing right in front of the condo! And fishing charters and excursions picked you up right at the dock at the beachfront. You could not ask for a better location. If we can swing going back every year we will.

My family and friends stayed here and had the most amazing time, The accomadations were perfect and everything we needed was readily available. This condo was spectacular, it was nicely decorated, with wonderful wall murals. The outdoor swimming pool was a very nice added amenity, it was a little on the chilly side. The outdoor patio furniture was so comfortable and enjoyable. Ed and Laurie are fantastic owners, they went above and beyond to make our trip very enjoyable. We even had the threat of a hurricane and they, along with house employee Miguel, were fantastic in letting us know exactly what to expect and do in such weather. It turned out okay and was only a tropical storm. It was wonderful having a computer with internet on site, to use as well as US telephone service. Their whole staff was top notch, and wonderful to work with. I would recommend this place very highly for families, couples, or anyone looking for a fabulous place to stay and relax in Cozumel. The beach is a small walk from house, but is not bad at all, and you have steps going down from back patio. There are two pools, with one of them right off of back patio, very comfortable and easy to enjoy. Pool chairs around pool area. You must try, Alberto's resturant there is one down the beach road a little ways or one in town. The atmosphere is fantastic on the beach, the food is excellent. We also ate at Las Palmeras, which had very good food and drinks. Coconuts on South end of Island is a favorite also, food is good and view is even better. Resendicia Reef Condo's are the place to stay, especially at Ed and Laurie' place. Karen, Sisters, Mother-Texas Folk

We loved this place - the location, interior, grounds, beach, pool were all some of the best we've experienced during our frequent trips to Cozumel. The owners were more than accomodating, Miguel and Reyna were warm and friendly and we couldn't wait to get back - were seriously sad to leave.... So excited for our next trip later this year!

This was our first experience with a vacation rental (rather than a hotel). It was so much more homey and relaxing. My father and I enjoyed 10 wonderful days at the condo. It is a perfect location in the complex. We especially enjoyed being able to hang out on the balcony and see/hear the birds. Fantastic sunsets & great diving. Laurie and Ed were very responsive to our needs and made sure everything worked well. The manager, Miquel was helpful in setting up diving for me and giving me valuable information. He even helped me out in town when I thought (mistakenly) that my rental car got towed. We will book again for next year!

This review is very late, we stayed at your condo last summer for 2 wks in June/July. It was our kids' (10 & 12) first visit to Cozumel. We were worried they might get bored. We all had a fabulous time! The caretakers, Miguel, Reyna and their daughter-in-law, all were wonderful. Miguel helped us plan our activities, took us snorkeling & scuba diving, Reyna cooked for us and it was all too fine! The condo was perfect and all of our needs were handled. Rebe...thank you so much for allowing us to spend a week in paradise! Your condo is amazing. I could not believe how spacious it was -- we had 6 adults in our group, and it easily accommodated us with room left over. It was terrific to have a full kitchen in which to cook, and both an indoor and outdoor dining table for our personal use. The view from the condo is magnificent. I could not believe we only had to walk a few steps to enjoy both a beautiful pool and the ocean. And having a private beach was quite lovely. We were able to watch the sunset every night without fighting for chairs, like we would have had to do at a resort or public beach. Cozumel itself was fantastic, and the guides you provided helped us hit the hot spots and the more out-of-the-way places. Our private boat and guide for our snorkeling trip was fantastic! The true highlight of the trip. Finally, everyone we encountered from the guards at the gate to the cleaner of the condo was courteous and helpful. I highly recommend your unit to any traveler wishing to experience a week in paradise. Thanks again for the amazing hospitality!

This is the place to be if you like the Sun Sand and piece and quite. Really enjoyed the two walls of glass overlooking the private lap pool on the two sided terrace that looked over the mangrove and beach.Great Beach and water activities. Diving was easy and convenient. I spent a very enjoyable month here and can't Wait to go back.

My family and I really enjoyed your condo. It was very clean and very well equipped. It was nice to be able to make some meals so we could hangout and relax. Having the condo for our family (two teanage boys) really helped make our trip a success. And we couldn't ask for a better location:close to the ocean and great places to go out to. We dive so having the pier real close for the dive boats to pick us up and drop us off was a big Bonus. We look forward to going back as soon as possible> Pam and Mark in Missouri

4 of us stayed at this condo. It was incredible. Extremely peaceful! Very clean. There are beach bars/food & activities within walking distance down the beach. Any concerns & questions were answered by the on site representative. We recommend a rental car if you're planning to go out for dinner often. It's about 15 minutes from town. Highly recommneded!

Quiet, clean, relaxing and all of the amenities of home. My husband and I have stayed in this condo two times and plan to go back again. The staff is courteous and always available when needed. Beautiful beaches, bars/dining and outdoor activities all within walking distance. Whether you are on vacation to relax or cut loose there is something for everyone at this place!
