Our comfortable and tastefully decorated, 3 Bedroom, 2 bath villa is located directly on the 12th green of the George Fazio Golf Course in one of the best family vacation locations in the country-- Palmetto Dunes. We also offer the lowest weekly rental rate of any 3 bedroom villa of this quality in Inverness Village.
Our unit has been remodeled with updated baths, kitchen, new wood flooring and new bedding in all 3 bedrooms.
There are TV/DVD systems in all bedrooms (2 are flat screen) and there is a wall mounted Flat screen with digital cable in the living room. High-speed wireless internet is also accessible in any room. The first floor bedroom has 2 Double beds with pillow top mattresses and is tastefully decorated in a soothing seaside blue. The extra large master bedroom is located upstairs and has a comfortable oversized king bed, vaulted ceiling and walk-in closet. The 3rd bedroom is an enclosed loft style room, the perfect size for kids and has a twin bunk bed and a TV/DVD system. There is also a queen size Lazy Boy sleeper sofa in the living room.
Everything you need to make your stay a true family vacation is at your fingertips, including a fully stocked kitchen, full-sized washer and dryer, books and games for kids of all ages. All linens and towels are provided. You also have access to beach chairs, umbrellas and beach/pool toys as well as 2 adult bikes. Enjoy your morning coffee on the private patio, overlooking the beautiful 12th green. You can even practice your golf game with putting or chipping mid-evening less than 20 yards away. Our place has lots of extras to make it feel more like home, not just a rental... We think that you'll agree.
The Inverness Village community has a full-sized pool with baby pool, fishing dock and (3) brand new clay tennis courts--FREE Tennis. All are just steps away from our unit. The 2 public beach entrances are under a 5 minute bike ride and offer free parking for those that prefer to drive.
The #1 rated Palmetto Dunes Resort features three 18 hole golf courses, a top-rated tennis facility with 25 tennis courts, and 11 miles of a scenic lazy river stocked with fish that can be caught right from our community fishing dock or accessible by kayak or canoe rental. There are also many on site restaurants, a general store, bicycle and kayak/canoe rentals, the 'Dunes Buggy'- free transportation within the Palmetto Dunes Resort area and of course 3 miles of beautiful beach.

This is a very updated and clean villa in a quiet area. The living area is very cozy and the master bedroom and bath are very spacious. Great for a family of 5-7 people. Pool is close by. The ocean is a bike ride away, and sitting on the patio watching golfers is very relaxing. The owner was great to work with! Very easy rental process.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+.

Jennifer's condo was in pristine condition and we had a wonderful stay. Jennifer was very easy to work with and provided everything that we needed for a very relaxing & comfortable stay on HHI. We have stayed in various condos & homes on HHI in the past and I would rank Jennifer's among the best in terms of location, cleanliness and amenities. We enjoyed the very quiet corner of the neighborhood and the great views of the golf course. Our children enjoyed the games, movies and toys that were available in the condo. We enjoyed riding the bikes that Jennifer provided as well. We definitely recommend Jennifer's condo and will keep it at the top of our list if we can return to Hilton Head next summer!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We really enjoyed our stay at this villa. It was clean, very comfortable and in a great location! The villa was stocked with everything you could need. Palmetto Dunes is our favorite beach location. We rode bikes all over the island, enjoyed many great restaurants, caught fish at the dock and played a little golf. Make sure you explore all the restaurants at Shelter Cove, across the highway. We loved visiting Sea Pines and the lighthouse. Hilton Head and Palmetto Dunes is a great place for families. We will definately be back!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Just finished our first year snowbirding in this great villa and are sadly planning to depart until our repeat visit next winter. This is a great villa, tastefully decorated, well-equipped, and in a perfect location. Palmetto Dunes is central on the island and close to MANY attractions, including some of our favorite restaurants (Dunes House and Santa Fe). Within PD, it's surrounded by golf, includes terrific on-property har-tru tennis courts and pool, and is literally steps to the 12th green of the Fazio golf course. A short bike ride (bikes provided) to world-class tennis center and the beach (riding bikes on the beach is one of the great simple pleasures in HHI. Plan on practicing your chipping or meeting the neighbors with a glass of wine in the evening strolling the course. If it sounds like we had fun here.... WE DID ! The villa has great furnishings and a killer view of the golf course. The furniture is comfortable and attractive. The kitchen is well equiped. The pillow-top mattresses are a great place to rest up for the next day. The owners are well organized and very easy to work with. Bottom line is... THIS IS A GREAT PLACE TO VACATION!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

The villa is beautifully and tastefully beachy! It's quite comfortable and it feels much more like you're staying in a home than a rental property. We took full advantage of the beach and pool and enjoyed using the bikes, fishing poles and crab nets that were there to borrow. The kids even caught a blue crab! Our side trips to Savannah and Defauskie Island rounded out the week. The villa has a binder full of lots of helpful info that helped plan our trip and choose wonderful restaurants. We also enjoyed the location on the golf course. Jennifer, the owner, was super helpful, offering tips and recommendations, as well as making the rental process easy. We definitely plan a return trip.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We had the most wonderful stay at the villa!! It was clean, comfortable and very homely. The beds were extremely comfortable and we cooked dinner in the well equiped kitchen most nights. The kids really enjoyed the bicycles and the golf course in the evenings. Thank-you also for letting us have access to the beach chairs!!! Wishing you every success in the future!! Our villa is your home away from home. The location on the 12th green offers the opportunity to practice your chipping and putting mid-evening right outside the back door. The kids really like being able to have fun on the course. We also love the evening bike rides to the General Store for ice cream or Tuesday's firework display which is a short bike ride to Shelter Cove from our unit (go through golf course short cut)
