This downtown house is very light and cozy with a great living space for relaxing. It has been newly renovated and is very clean. There are queen size beds in each room and an air mattress if needed. There is an outside area with patio furniture and a BBQ. There is parking available for two cars and off street parking for additional cars.
You won't find a better location to access all Boulder has to offer. It is just one block from the pedestrian Pearl Street Mall and surrounded by wonderful restaurants, shops and entertainment. The Boulder Creek is minutes away with miles of trails for walking and biking or relaxing by the water. You will also find the many hiking trails throughout Boulder easily accessible, starting with Mount Sanitas just down the street.
The neighborhood is friendly and safe with a mixture of families and young professionals. There is a pool two blocks away and many parks are within walking distance.

You will enjoying walk to the Pearl street mall within minutes of leaving the house. It is in the heart of Boulder's wonderful restaurants and shops. There are lots of markets and festivals throughout the year as well as a great farmer's market every Wednesday and Saturday in the summer months. This property is warm and cozy with a fireplace, hardwood floors, pine beds and great sitting area.
