A newly furnished very sharp vacation rental home. Great mountain views in this active retirement community. The living room has high ceilings with lots of windows. Enjoy golf, tennis, swimming, putting greens, jogging paths, basketball, pool, table tennis, exercise facility and activity center. The rental includes free access to all the activities at the recreation center and discounts on golfing.
There are numerous clubs you can join, such as, woodworking, stain glass, art, jewelry, lapidary, ceramics, photography, etc. Rent our completely furnished 1300 square foot, 2 bedroom/2 bath, home complete with all appliances. There are great mountain views from the master bedroom, living room and kitchen. The house has a two car attached garage.

Year Purchased: 2009
This is a picture of my wife Debbi and Myself (Bill) on a Cruise we took 12 years ago. We both; love to travel; hike; camp; ski; socialize with friends playing a number of different card games; barbecuing and picnics; bird watching; watching wildlife; taking pictures and skiing. My wife is still actively employed in criminal investigation with the county. I am a retired teacher. I taught with Boulder Public Schools as a Special Education Teacher and currently substitute when needed. We are both planning on moving to Tucson to live in this home when Debbi decides to retire.
Why the Owner Chose Oro Valley
We both love the mild winters and desert flora and fauna. In addition we appreciate the close proximity(5 hrs) to Rocky point Mexico, one of our favorite beaches. The neighbors, we've met them all, are exceptionally nice. The views from our home of Pusch Ridge are fantastic. Being from Colorado I wasn't expecting that much for mountain views, but was pleasantly surprised. The home sits on a beautiful golf course ( Sun City Vistoso Golf Club). Finally, the Tucson area has a number of family members near by. There's nothin like family!
The Unique Benefits of this House
Our neighbors are exceptional, always helpful. The number of activities going on at Sun City Vistoso is amazing. The recreation director told us when we were first looking at this property that "the only thing you had to be responsible for was waking up in the morning". Rather than trying to list all the activities I suggest Googleing Sun City Rancho Vistoso and see for yourselves how much there is to do. Nothing is required, but as you'll see it's all here. Hiking and bird watching are two of our favorite activities. There is free high speed internet available. The master bedroom has a king sized bed. The second bedroom has a queen. Both very supportive and comfortable. For three seasons of the year the weather is heavenly!

We speent 2 1/2 months in the home and it was everything we expected and more. The home was clean and well cared for. Our stay was very pleasant and all questions and concerns were answered proptly. It was a pleasure to be able to enjoy their home.

Our stay was for two months, and was a great experience in all respects. The place was all that it was advertised as!! Close to all activities within Sun City, very handy for all types of shopping within minutes. The neighborhood was quiet, clean, and friendly. We would certainly stay there again, and would recommend it to all our friends. The owners were very accessible and cooperative and the rental fees wre reasonable. Another great amenity is that Leasees can pay a fee and use all the facilities that the owners of the unit have access to in the Development. It was a real plus to have an attached two car garage available for carrying in shopping items. You will enjoy your stay there!!!!
