Perfectly located 1/2 mile to the Killington Sky Ship or 20 miles to Okemo skiing surrounds you we are the perfect selection for your winter getaway. Or come during the summer months and spend your days enjoying the many lakes, shopping or antique centers.
When entering this property you will find a large kitchen/dining area with an eat in counter, fully equipped kitchen and dining table that will seat 8. Walk down the hall into the living room area with a flat screen TV and very comfortable seating arrangements. There is a guest room with a Murphy bed as well on this level that has a built in desk with high speed wireless internet connection. One full bath with shower stall.
The second level has Two bedrooms each with two twins and a shared a hall bath, a master bedroom suite with a queen bed and a private bath with a jacuzzi tub.
The hot tub is located on the deck area and will seat 6-8 people.

About the owner: Having been born and raised in this same area I always knew my roots would settle here. I purchased this house and completely renovated it splitting it into 3 sections. The first is a small apartment upstairs (not over the rental portion) for myself, under my apartment is my business office and then next door (completely separate from main house) is the apartment.
Why the Owner Chose Killington:
This area is perfectly centrally located to Killington only 1/2 mile to the Skyship Gondola and 2 miles to Bear Mountain, we are 14 miles to the beautiful town of Woodstock and then only 13 miles to Okemo Ski Resort.
