What a great place to bring the kids and grandkids for a family getaway at the lake! This lakefront home is located on a large lot off GA Hwy 44 between the Publix shopping center and Harmony Crossing shopping center and only 9 miles from historic Greensboro, GA. The short walk down to the lake is gently sloping. It's a great place for a family reunion with 6 bedrooms, three on main level (king, queen and twin) and three upstairs (king, queen, crib and bunks for the kids). This home is located on a large cove just off the main body of the lake. You can bring your boat or rent ours. We have a fully equipped 24ft. 350 hp. Crownline Bowrider available for rent separately(adult drivers only). You can cruise the lake in style with 9 other people while listening to XM Radio! There is plenty of parking for several cars and boat trailers. We have a large dock where you can moor your boat.
The kids will love the lighted dock and swim area. There is good fishing and swimming in the deep water just off the dock. Usually there are geese hanging around that the kids will love feeding. Just bring your fishing poles!

This lakefront home has 6 bedrooms and 3 baths and is large enough to accommodate our extended family. It is also conveniently located near the GA Hwy 44 bridge about 2 miles from the Publix shopping center and very near Harmony Crossing shopping center. It is convenient to everything on the lake and only 8 miles from I-20. All you need to do is bring your clothes and food for a relaxing vaccation.
The Unique Benefits at this House
The large dock is located in deep water and is great for swimming, fishing or sun bathing. The lot is gently sloping to the water. You can moor your boat to the dock.
Many shops, Mexican resturant, Waffle House, McDonald's, etc.
