Island Girl was built new in 2006 with an indoor sauna, heated pool with cascading waterfall and lights, Tiki Bar with Electricity for blenders and lights, sanded volleyball court, 3 Romantic Jacuzzis, new mattresses, Foosball table, hammock swing, enclosed outdoor shower with dressing area, wireless internet and much more... this cottage is a renter's dream!
It is tropically designed inside and out with a "Relax to the Max" atmosphere. Located at milepost 11, only 3 blocks (3/10 mile - about 10 min. walk) from the beach in a neighborhood great for biking and walking, the location couldn't be better. Close to great restaurants, activities, and shopping. The Nags Head Fishing Pier is right down the beach, it is a great place to fish and they will even cook your catch.

Our family has vacationed in the Outer Banks for many years. It was a dream come true to find and purchase Island Girl. Now we can offer our cottage to others and they can enjoy the benefits of a relaxing vacation in the heart of Nags Head.
The Unique Benefits of this House
While staying at Island Girl we enjoy walking to the beach, fishing at Nags Head pier, laying by the pool, relaxing in the hot tub, drying off in the sauna, cooking out on the grill, and entertaining our friends and family. There is a game room on the first floor with a new footsball table; kids of all ages enjoy hanging out here. There is also a sanded volleyball court; surrounded by a privacy fence; not too far from the Tiki Bar!

Paradise Found, the best value for the money in the OBX. We recently rented the "Island Girl" for our family vacation and found it to have all the amenities . The house is beautifully decorated and the owners provided everything from boogie boards to a small cooler to use to take beverages to the beach. The pool was spectacular, clean and well lighted (pool light provided a choice of colors and even changed colors as an option) adding a neat party atmosphere . The hot tub was a relaxing 100 degrees and house was located close to everything (beach,shopping and resturants). The outdoor speakers allowed us to relax by the pool and in the hot tub and listen to our favorite music. The barbeque was convienientely located near the pool and was great for our cook out's. The kitchen was well appointed and everything we required was provided including a bag of Dunkin Donuts coffee that was provided and a welcome addition which was enjoyed upon our arrival; after our long drive. We truely enjoyed our stay at the Island Girl and would recommend it to anyone interested in renting a house for vacation were you can relax in style, care free and in total comfort.

My family, friends, and i have stayed at this wonderful vacation home for two long weekend getaways in the past year. The house is full of extras such as a hot tub, sauna, beach volleyball court, private pool, tiki bar, etc. It has the most to offer for the money for a vacation home in the OBX. The owners are great to work with and have made each time renting incredibly smooth. We will continue to stay at this home for years to come.

My family and i stayed at the Island Girl the week of July 24th,2010, and it was amazing. The home is beautiful, driving up tp see the pretty coral home with the great white stairs headind to the front entrance. Every item was included, from cheese graters to boogie boards. We felt right at home here. We had a family reunion with my 6 other siblings and their families and everyone fell in love with the Island Girl. Had a family dinner and all enjoyed the sand volleyball court and the outdoor speakers with surfer music and the tiki bar came in handy also! I highly recommend staying here, the decorating is beautiful and very homey, and i loved all the different colors. I wanted to pick this home up and take it with me!!
