It is just a 2-minute walk from our condo door to the beautiful sandy white beaches and emerald waters on the Gulf of Mexico! -- It is close to the beach without the gulf front prices!! It's an unbelievable, affordable get-away!
This second floor studio-condo features a fully, equipped kitchen, a queen bed and a queen sofa sleeper, TV, and DVD. The balcony overlooking the pool offers a place to relax or watch a sunset. The courtyard near the pool features a screened-in porch/dining area and laundry facilities. Parking is conveniently located just outside the door.
For dining or shopping fun: Seaside, Watercolor, Grayton, Alys and Rosemary Beaches are all within 15-20 minutes along 30-A. The famous Silver Sands Factory Outlet is west on Highway 98. The new Pier Park Mall at Panama City Beach has Dillard's Penney's, Target and many other fun places to shop and eat. Golf courses are aplenty in both directions! Walking, biking, kayaking, and sailing are available close by. Seagrove is an ideal spot! Destin is 25 miles west and Panama City is 25 miles east! It is a great location! Come See! You'll love it!

We stepped in the door and just could not get over how clean this second story unit was, especially the bathroom! This unit is tastefully decorated and has anything you would ever need, including WIFI. Beds were super comfy, including the pull out sofa bed! The full kitchen is wonderful and has some plastic plates for the kiddos. There is a Publix 5 minutes away so you can stock your fridge. We were also amazed at how quiet the complex was- during probably the busiest week of the spring too. The pool is one of the largest in the area and was sparkling clean as well. Laundry facilities were clean with tons of washers and dryers. Beach access is just steps away and was not super steep like some on the beach. It's a perfectly affordable way to have a beach vacation on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. We can't wait to go back.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+.

This unit was wonderful - a great location right across the street from the beach! It provided a perfect get a way for my wife and me. Its an easy to walk back and forth between the condo and the beach, especially for lunch or if we forgot something. That also gave us a nice break from the sun! The kitchen was loaded with everything you needed to cook, although the restaurants around Seagrove were so good, we wondered why we were cooking sometimes! We did have a slight maintenance problem, but it was taken care of quickly without any issues. We loved it and hope to come back next year!Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+.
