Our home is located in gated Lake Ashton touted as "Simply the Best" adult community. The view enjoyed at our home is spectacular, as it spans a scenic pond which attracts an array of birds and wildlife, is buffered by the 17th hole, then expands on to the 400 acre Lake Ashton.
Our home is fully outfitted for your comfort. The master suite features a king bed, mirrored dresser, bedside stands and TV. There are two walk-in closets and the master bath has a vanity with two sinks, and a large shower. The guest accommodations feature a pocket privacy door that leads to a room with a queen bed, mirrored dresser, bedside stands, and closet. The guest bath has a tub with shower. The living room, dining room, kitchen with bar, and comfortably furnished lanai, all face the spectacular view, as does the master bedroom. The two stall garage contains a golf cart with lights for your use within the community.
Lake Ashton is centrally located which allows for lovely day trips, although you may decide not to travel as there is so much to do on-site.
