Location: North Truro, Cape Cod, Massachusetts, USA (5 Minutes from Province Town Center)
Accommodations: Cottage, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 1 Bath (Sleeps 4-6)
This is a rustic beach cottage with great views of the bay and a partial view of Provincetown. It is located 75 feet back from the top of a sand dune that overlooks Cape Cod Bay.
There is a private beach which is located about 200 feet from the front door (a three or four minute walk). There is a sun deck with great views of the bay. The beach is very secluded, it is not uncommon to be alone on the beach, even in the summer. There are sand bars at low tide and the bay water is warmer than the ocean. From the top of the stairs that lead to the beach there are great views of Provincetown at night. The kitchen and bath room are newly remodeled. It is a house one can have fun in and relax. I am 52, and a builder, I live in Los Angeles in the winter but spend my summers on Cape Cod in Truro. I have spent summers in Truro all of my life and love it. There is something unique and magical about Cape Cod Bay. There are many special things to do and experience here. I am passionate about art and philosophy and would very much like to have you as my guest.
