Why the Owner Chose Cruz Bay
LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION ! Having all the comforts we are used to at home and low stress. Since St. John is now our favorite vacation spot, we wanted to be as close to where we start and finish the day as possible. Our 1st. trip to St. John was at the Westin, pool was its best asset. No View, tiny room, seemed dirty so we walked on towels getting out of the shower, beach pretty to look, but not enter, & $800/night! We didn't have what we now know as the true 'St. John experience'. Not until we stayed in the heart of Cruz Bay, did we truly fall in love here. Being close to everything for us is key. We prefer the convenience of walking to and from dinner without the hassle of driving home after nice wine or fruity cocktails. We prefer to use cab money for beach &/or boat trips. The moment we step foot on the dock, we're filled w/energy, peace, & relaxation.

Real Estate Investor-owner has Vacation Rental Properties in Perdido Key Florida, Gulf Shores, Alabama, & several units in Grande Bay on St. John. Live in the midwest + 10 yrs, but wife grew up on the Gulf Coast. Her one request before moving north was--only if one day we can have property somewhere warm with the same sugary white sand beaches.
