Charming Golf Cottage located on the #8 green in Great Waters Golf Community. There are 2 bedrooms (king bed in master and 2 queen beds in the guest)and 2 baths. There is a comfortable queen sized sofa bed as well. Full kitchen equipped with new stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.
Hardwood floors in main living areas with new carpet in the bedrooms. Enjoy breakfast on the screened in porch, then begin your day of fun-filled activities on the lake or just relax by the pool. There is a charcoal grill for use along with tiki torches to enjoy an evening of grilling.
Great Waters is also located minutes away from great restaurants and shopping. The cottage is pet friendly for dogs 25 pounds and under, however, I ask that they be crated while you are away. Sorry, no cats. Special golf rates are available, please call for details!

The Unique Benefits at this Golf Cottage
I personally LOVE the fact that there is something for EVERYONE!! If you're a golfer, this area is your paradise. The lake is moments away for those who enjoy boating and playing on the lake. You can also lounge around the pool and just be lazy! Best of all, its all within short walking distance! Madison, which has been named the "Best Small Town in America", is just a short drive. Its known for its charming downtown area filled with quaint shops and antiques.

I purchased the Cottage in the fall of 2003. I live in Atlanta, and wanted somewhere I could go to escape the traffic and madness of the city without having to take an entire day off work to get there! This is the perfect place! I often pack my car on Friday mornings and head to the lake after work. It's also a short drive from Athens, so its easy to get to the football games in the fall! Go Dawgs!!
