Major Remodel and Upgrade....
Our unit was completely remodeled and upgraded a few years ago and has had new upgrades this past year. Both bathrooms were remodeled, replacing vanities, sinks, faucets, shower valves, tile, etc. The kitchen cabinets were replaced and a granite counter top added.
The living room has a new sofa/bed and love seat, and a new wall mounted 58 inch plasma HDTV with HD cable and DVD. The lanai has a lounge, table, and four chairs.
One of several turtle residents of Honokeana Cove at Napili Point - This photo was taken in the cove in front of the Resort. Many turtles live in the cove and are a real treat to observe. The snorkeling here is excellent. In addition to the turtles there are many fish and coral. Many guests have commented that the snorkeling is the best part about staying here.
About the resort...
The resort is a low rise, ocean front condominium resort located directly on the ocean and Honokeana Cove. The resort is located a few miles North of Lahaina and Kaanapali and just south of Kapalua Bay and Napili Bay. There is excellent snorkeling at the resort (Honokeana Cove).
From the lanai you can view the turtles and sometimes dolphins (and whales in season!). Snorkeling is also very good at Kapalua and Napili Bays, with-in easy walking distance. Golf and tennis are available at the Kapalua Resort. The Kapalua West Maui Airport is less than five minutes away. Kahului Airport is about a 50 minute drive.
The resort has two swimming pools, with nearby outdoor barbecue grills (both gas and charcoal), and picnic tables. Next door are two restaurants. At Napili Bay and at Kapalua there are several more excellent restaurants.
About the beach...
The beautiful Napili Bay white sand beach is just a short walk (about 150 yards) along an ocean front path. The beach is uncrowded and good for swimming, snorkeling, and boogie boarding. It is usually fairly calm as in the picture, but can get large waves in season. There is a very nice beach front restaurant at the end of the beach. It services breakfast, lunch and dinner.
About our unit...
Our condo has an ocean front view from its private lanai, and from the living room, kitchen, and master bedroom. The living room has a 32 inch TV with cable, DVD, and VCR. There is also a stereo CD/cassette/tuner system. Many books and a small selection of CD's, audio, and video tapes are available for guest use and videos are available for rent at the nearby Napili Market shopping center.
Ceiling fans are located in both bedrooms and the living room. The fully equipped kitchen has a microwave, coffee maker, conventional oven and stove, refrigerator/ice maker, and dishwasher as well as a full supply of glasses, dishes, and cooking utensils.
The upstairs bedroom (loft style with bathroom) has a king size bed, a TV with cable and spectacular views. The downstairs bedroom has twin beds and a TV with cable, remote control, and a video player.
The private lanai is furnished with a table and four chairs and a lounge. The unit has a clothes washer and dryer.
Internet and Telephone Communications...
High speed internet connections via cable modem are now available. The cost is $9.95/day or $39.95/week or $54.95/month. The unit has a telephone, but the long distance rates to the mainland are very high so I suggest using a cell phone or calling card for long distance. Local calls, including 800 numbers, are 50 cents for the first 30 minutes and then 10 cents/minute for all minutes over the first 30.

Why the Owner Chose Napili
Can't beat the location. Sit on your lanai and watch the turtles or the surfers or the whales. There is always something to see. And the sunsets a fantastic.

The 2 bedroom point ocean front condo (Unit C-20) was perfect! It had been recently updated and was very clean. We had a beautiful view of the ocean and the sunsets were incredible. The units do not have air-conditioning, however, with the sea breeze and ceiling fans every night felt like it was early spring. Along with the sea breeze and sounds of the ocean, nothing could be more relaxing. Directly in front of the condos we had fantastic snorkeling with the sea turtles. Every morning from the deck you could see the turtles swimming below. What a treat! Unit C-20 was a great find and we will definitely go back. In fact, we have booked a week in October.
