Had a great time, the house was very comfortable. The kitchen had everything that we needed. The location is WONDERFUL, lake was very clear. Had a great time, would definately return.

We just enjoyed a great rental experience at this Lake Winnipesaukee home. The house was perfect for our 9 person family vacation. The beds are comfortable, the scenery spectacular. We have been renting at various locations around the lake for the past 30 years. This location was definitely one of our best experiences. John and Diane are great to work with.

Loved every moment of it! Awesome clean, clear water kept us busy every day. Excellent firepit! Had everything you needed and more! Outstanding views! Used every inch of it! Sensational sunsets! Everything and everyone - enjoyed it all!

We thoroughly enjoyed the week and all the activities available to us. We did have a large group, but your home worked for us seamlessly and without any major problems. My family and I have traveled all over the U.S. every summer and the Winnipesaukee vacation has taken one of, if not the top spot on the fun list. This year’s vacation was close to home which made it very affordable. Not having an agenda was the key to a great and relaxing week away from work and school. Thank you again and we look forward to visiting Alton in the near future.

My family of 9 just loved this vacation home. We have great memories from playing Twister on the back porch, fishing off the dock, eating dinner on the great deck with wonderful views of the lake. I would highly recomend this home. It is everything they say, very clean and well maintained and John was very available for all our needs. My grandchildren loved the large basement with the pool table and we all enjoyed kayaking. Everynight was a great sunset. I hope to be back someday.

My family and very good friends of ours had the pleasure of staying in this house for Memorial Day weekend. I think this house is located in one of the most beautiful spots on the Lake! Both of our families have small children and this house was perfect! The kids fished off the dock, went out in a boat and generally just ran around until they passed out. The game room was a great hang-out spot for them. The house was very well taken care of - very clean and everything was exactly where it was supposed to be. We all had a great time grilling on the deck and having smores by the fire pit - all with a perfect view! We hope to make this a yearly visit!

Excellent Family Lake Vacation!!!

A great time was had by all 13 family members. We vacationed with 8 adults and 5 children. This lake house offered every family its own private room and like the desription stated the downstairs bedroom was perfect for the grandparents. The children enjoyed their very own game room, which was perfect when the little ones went to bed. The house did come very well equiped with appliances and gas grill. They also supplied a pack and play and child booster with tray, which was so nice instead of having to pack them. They had ample amounts of lounges and chairs. We roasted marshmellows in the fire pit. The owners supplied us with a book of local activities,rental stores for boats, wave runners etc. They also left us a bottle of wine welcoming us into their home and told us to use their home as we would our own. The views from the house were awesome. The sunsets were incredible. This house was perfectly located. Not to close to town and not to far. Boat traffic was minimal in the cove which was nice for swimming and snorkeling. The swimming area was clear and protected.. The dock allowed us to fish and keep a rented boat for the week we vacationed. We would recommend this house to any family wanting to enjoy a family vacation or weekend getaway.

The private waterfront is well protected and is also one of our favorite places to spend time while at the house! And...it sounds as though you discovered a great way to end each day....gathered together around the outdoor firepit roasting marshmellows and s'mores! The lake house was a perfect location for a long weekend trip to lake winnipesaukee. The house was located right on the lake with spectacular view across the lake and mountains. As described, the house is well equipt with everything you would need for a vacation, including a large gas grill, fire pit and kayaks. As there was 10 of us staying we occupied all of the rooms but found that their was ample space for all of us. The owners Diane and John were both very pleasant and accomodating. During the weekend we went hiking and golfing along with setting up a volleyball game in the large front lawn. We also spent a great deal of time relaxing on the large porch. The house is quite close to the neighboring properies, however the neighbors we're friendly. I look forward to returning again soon!
