We have a unique location in Gulf Shores--at the end of "condo row"--close enough to enjoy all the attractions, but far enough down West Beach Boulevard to be uncrowded. We offer a family-friendly condominium on one of the most beautiful stretches of white, sandy beach in the world.
Flatscreens throughout the condo! Pamper yourself with a vacation to remember for a cost that won't break your budget. Our condo sleeps six. There are queen beds in each bedroom, as well as a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. We have a full size washer/dryer, a dishwasher, microwave, smooth-top stove and ice maker. You will also find a blender, mixer, can opener and coffee maker for your convenience.
For those who want to stay connected to the real world even when they're on vacation, we offer free wireless Internet access and free nationwide telephone service.
Enjoy our pristine beaches and gentle surf, and if you're lucky you may see a school of dolphin frolicking in the waves. Whether you are swimming, collecting seashells, or just reading the latest bestseller, you'll enjoy it more at Sunrise Village.
Guests of all ages have fun here. Shop in the cute little boutiques along the beach or come take advantage of the outrageous bargains at the outlet mall in Foley. And don't forget the challenging golf courses in the area. If you'd rather go see the latest movie, come on by and check out the Cobb Pinnacle Theater just north of town.
Gulf Shores also boasts several theme parks, festivals and concerts featured each month. The fishing is great both inshore and out in the Gulf, as well as the surf fishing right behind our condo. If you love horses, there is a riding stable nearby, and several clearly marked hiking paths allow you to enjoy the native wildlife and our colorful birds. Also, be sure to take time to visit the world-famous zoo that was featured on Animal Planet.
With so much to do and see, you'll never be bored. The only problem you'll have is leaving when it's time to check out...but there's always next year.

Because we love the beach. Gulf Shores is quiet during the off season, but has plenty of fun activities during the summer. It's the best of both worlds.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Gene loves to surf fish, and I love sitting on the shared balcony and working on my next book. With a small store and a restaurant directly across the street, we rarely have to crank the car once we arrive.

I spent a week with my husband in the condo. It was so close to the beach, and a store just across the street. Very clean and comfortable with dishwasher and washer and dryer. We took only a few clothes along and washed them there in the room, just like home. It was very quite at night. I would recommend this condo! A tv in each room, clean appliances, it was really nice.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car.

The condo is just as described: well-equipped, clean, and very comfortable. The beach was not crowded at all, we enjoyed a walk almost every evening. This was our first trip to Gulf Shores and I think this was the perfect place to spend it. There is so much to do here that we weren't able to fit everything into our week! We are looking forward to coming back next year.

The condo was very nice, clean and well equiped. We loved the being a few steps from the beach. Really liked that we could access the beach without having to walk across parking lot with 2 small children. It's a very safe and quiet place to stay! We (my husband, my parents, sister, and I) rented this place, and it was amazing! The condo is exactly as described, and Mrs. Diane was so helpful. The beach is not overly crowded, especially in the morning and late afternoon. It is a very family-friendly establishment. At night we would go down to the beach, and watch some of the kids catch little white crabs. This place is wonderful for children. I don't have any of my own, but everyone there kept an eye out for each other. It's very quiet at night, so it's easy to rest and unwind. There's a little store across the road that carries everything from groceries to beach gear. It came in really handy, since we forgot some things. We had a wonderful stay, and I can't think of one negative thing about it. I would also recommend going to the zoo while you're there. It's small, but it's very nice. Kids can play with kangaroos, ride camels, play with monkeys, and interact with baby animals. There is an extra fee for these activities, but well worth it. We're looking forward to staying here again, and can not wait for our next vacation!

This is one of those little gems that you almost hate to share with others because you want to keep it all to yourself! The condo is clean with plenty of room and amenities and is located right on a beautiful pristine and private beach! There is so much to do within a few miles that you can tailor your vacation to enjoying the local area or just lazing on the beach or by the pool. Next trip I'm taking my fishing pole as you can fish - successfully I observed - right on the beach. Reasonably priced, there is no reason NOT to take advantage of this wonderful vacation spot!

Enjoyed the closeness to the beach and the old-fashioned feel of Sunrise Village. Also liked the flatscreen tvs. Love Gulf Shores. We'll stay here again.

The pool is a nice place to relax, the beach is clean and a breeze is always blowing. If you like to surf fish, there's plenty of fish to catch. The condo is clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. There's free internet access, cable TV (three flat screen televisions) and free long distance phone calls. The furniture is new, new cabinets and counters, new appliances, and the beds are nice and comfortable. The beach is very clean and the kids can have a good time plalying in the water or there's a water park nearby for the kids to bisit too. There's golf course within a ten minute drive, there are theaters nearby also and for the ladies the Foley outlet mall has over one hundred and fifty stores to shop. If you really like fishing there are charter boats with trips to fit all your fishing desires.
