Great 3 bedroom condo within easy walking distance of town. Winter Park shuttle bus stops right in front of the building for easy access to the slopes. Third floor location is a major plus for the following reasons: it's quieter, as there is no foot traffic past the front door; it has nice daytime light from the skylight in the living room, and it has great sunset views to the west.
Kitchen and both baths have been remodeled in the last five years; all new mattresses on the beds (summer 08). Great kids' room with lots of toys and videos. A great place for a getaway with friends or family!
