Thank you for your interest in our condo in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Myrtle Beach is a thriving resort town with things to do at all times – for all ages – every season – because Myrtle Beach is never out of season.
We are centrally located near everything. This was a feature we especially looked for while shopping for our place. We are only minutes away from Restaurant Row, Broadway at the Beach, Ocean Annies, Barefoot Landing, Dixie Stampede, The House Of Blues, just to name a few of the many entertainment attractions. There are over 90 championship golf courses. For the children there are water parks, amusement parks, and great miniature golf courses. There is also a newly built fishing pier (Apache Pier) within walking distance from our condo on the beach.
Our condo is bright, clean, and conveniently located on Shore Drive ocean side. We have replaced our air conditioning systems for better comfort and efficiency. We are constantly upgrading our unit so our guests will have an enjoyable stay. You will find our condo to be as comfortable as home. It will be a vacation you will always remember.
We have attempted to keep our rates as low as possible, which are still lower than if you rented from a rental agency in Myrtle Beach. They charge extra for linens and towels, and condo clean-up services, plus 8% South Carolina sales tax. Our listed rates are the FULL amount you pay. There are no additional charges.OUR Condo is on the third floor of the center building.We rent weekly only sat.to sat. spring, summer and fall.Monthly during the winter.

Why the Owner Chose A Place at the Beach III
Shore Drive is the perfect spot in Myrtle Beach foe vacations. It is very family oriented with only limited amount of traffic. It is a dead end street and you are only minutes away from route 17 and the rest of myrtle beach. My unit has a pool on either side of the building you can use either one. You also have the ocean which is 50 feet from your door.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
This unit has been redone every few years, as needed. We spend a lot of time there so we change things often, the wallpaper in the living room is new, the fan and a/c also. The kitchen cabinets have been replaced, the Master Bedroom is almost all new , the twin beds in the front room are new. The condo is made to make you feel at home-we do when we're there. Besides the at home felling you have there is a super WalMart , Kroger's Tanger Outlet Mall 2 miles from the parking lot.

Our family had the pleasure of staying during the week of the 4th. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The decor was nice and the kitchen was stocked full of anything you needed. You cannot beat the view of the ocean and the pool is amazing.
Recommended for:Families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We walked into the condo and it was everything we were looking for. Very clean (which we are very picky about), nicely decorated, comfortable and everything you needed when you are away from home. Thought it was even nicer than what the pictures display. The view of the ocean is beautiful. The beds were very comfortable. We had a wonderful time. Definitely would rent this condo again, and recommend it to others.
