Relax in our beautiful, luxurious home with your family and friends. Our home is professionally decorated in a warm, cozy, upscale mountain decor. One of the master suites has a king sized hand-tooled leather sleigh bed and the accompanying bathroom has a steam shower and a soaking tub with large a window overlooking the national forests.
Light the fireplace, turn on the music, get a glass of wine and soak in the tub and enjoy the view. What could be better? You will not want to leave!
The large family room is downstairs and it has a wet bar and a large deck is accessible from this room. Also, next to the family room we have a large laundry room.
Gourmet kitchen, granite tops with large kitchen island that can seat 6 comfortably. Beautiful oversized large round dining table that can seat 8. Again beautiful views from the kitchen/dining area.
The game room is upstairs and features a custom pool table, wet bar, large flat screen tv and sitting areas. We have a bedroom upstairs that has a custom made bunk bed that is full size on bottom and twin on top and has a trundle that pulls out from the bottom. We have custom made log furniture in 2 other bedrooms - one is a king and the other is a queen.

We live in Amarillo, Texas, have two sons and two grandsons. We love to travel, ski, sail, golf and visit with our friends and family.
Why the Owner Chose Three Peaks
We purchased this home because it is 15 minutes away from Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper Mountain and 1/2 hour to Vail. We can ski at any of the major resorts without making a journey of it, or take day trips to surrounding towns. This home is on the The Raven Golf Course at Three Peaks and has killer views. It backs up to the wetlands which are protected because of the animals that live there. We have moose, deer, foxes around our house very frequently. We are located on a cul-de-sac away from traffic and you can see for miles.
The Unique Benefits of this House
We love to watch the animals come right into our yard. We have 2 large decks that you can sit on and watch the wildlife or the golfers. Nothing better than dinner on the deck with a nice bottle of wine. Our house has two master suites and one of them has a steam shower, two large living areas, 2 laundry rooms, wet bar, 3 car garage, game room complete with pool table, 3 large flat screen tvs and smaller flat screens in the bedrooms, and 3 fireplaces. Stereo system throughout the house. Very nice!!
