Completely remodeled villa with new price decreases in the gated Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort! This gold-rated villa has one bedroom with a queen bed, newly upholstered queen sleeper sofa and side chairs, and two six foot long bunks for comfortable sleeping for six. New top-grade appliances and tile floors.
This unit is conveniently located on the first floor in Building A close to front entrance parking for easy access. Handicapped parking and wheelchair ramp accessible from front door of villa. Villa is just steps to the beach and the largest oceanside swimming pool on the island. There is a private covered deck and an on-site laundry room.
The resort offers tennis on 10 lighted courts, oceanside swimming pool, children's playground, fitness center, a seaside bar and grill with music, drinks and snacks. There is also on-site bike rentals, grilling and picnic areas, restaurant, sports bar, and convenience store.
Great dining, shopping, golf await you on the island. Adventure Cove Fun Center is just a short walk away and offers minature golf, driving range, batting cages and lots of games. Two Tanger Outlet malls are within 10 miles. This is a great resort destination at an extremely affordable rate!

Very clean condo and maintained.. Furnishings were kinda worn and dated. TV's could be updated to flat screens and mounted to give more room. Would recommend to any friend for a longweekend at the beach. The accomendation at the pool were GREAT. There was a restraunt on the grounds which we ordered take from, The Beach and Tennis Resort is always a clean facility! looking forward to our next beach outing!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

My husband and I really enjoyed the villa, it was very clean and it had everything that you would need, also the lady in A -103 was real nice. I have already recommend the villa to several of my friends.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

About the owner: I came to Hilton Head Island and fell in love with it. I decided to purchase a villa as an investment and use it myself when it is not rented, and have now retired to Hilton Head.
Why the Owner Chose Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort:
I chose to buy a vacation rental at Hilton Head Beach and Tennis because it is so magnificently maintained and is beachfront. I also love the fact that it is on the north end of the island. Because of the concentration of vacationers on the south end of the island the traffic is a major issue there. In my opinion there is better shopping and less congestion on the north end of the island.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa:
I love the fact that you can walk to the beach, shower off the sand, and come back to a villa that has all the comforts of home. I did most of the renovations myself with the help of a contractor.
