New construction (2009) at its best! Located in the newer community of Millville By The Sea in the quaint town of Millville, DE (near Ocean View, DE & around the corner from Bear Trap Dunes). This lovely two story home has 3000 square feet of living space, 5 bedrooms (two of which are master bedrooms) and 3 and a half baths. One master bedroom is located on the first floor, features a king sized bed, and has a garden tub as well as separate shower area. There is also a dual vanity in this bathroom for his/hers convenience. There are four bedrooms upstairs. Three have queen sized beds and the fourth is a huge bunk bed room with 3 DOUBLE sized bunk beds. These bunk beds are double mattresses on both the top and bottom for extra room and comfort. The bunk bed room also features a spacious sitting area with big screen TV with DVD player. The other four bedrooms all have 22 inch flat screen cable tvs mounted to the wall. The open first level floor plan is perfect for entertaining. Cook from the large kitchen while watching family in the sunroom or children watching a movie on the big screen TV in the living room area. The kitchen features a large two level island that seats seven and the dining table seats another 12 if needed. Wall to wall windows line the brilliant sunroom where one can view the lake and beautiful sunsets across the shimmering water. Bring fishing rods and canoes or kayaks for hours of fun at the lake which backs up to this property. A gas grill is available for outside grilling and there is an outside shower with hot water for a quick cleanup after the beach. Wireless internet is available for your work and leisure needs.
Enjoy a fast walk on the walking trail throughout the neighborhood. The outdoor swimming pool is just a half block from the house and has a bathroom/shower house for your use. Pool hours are from 10am until 8pm and it remains open from Memorial weekend through Labor Day weekend. There is a large 8 person picnic table on the back patio for outdoor dining. This home is perfect for two families to enjoy a vacation together or just one family with lots of room to spread out!
This is a new community so please be advised that construction will be on going in the area.
The rental rates quoted do not include the 3% town tax and additional add-on fees. You must be at least 25 years of age or older to enter into a contract to rent this property. No exceptions.
You will also have the opportunity to either bring your own linens or you can rent them through the rental agency. Information on what is included and the cost will be forwarded to you whenever you inquire about our property. Pillows and blankets are provided at the home and the kitchen is fully equipped with everthing you need for every day cooking and eating. You will need to bring your own paper products, detergents, soaps, food, beach or pool towels and linens if you choose not to rent them.
Maximum parking - 4-5 cars. Two can park in garage, 1-2 cars in driveway and maximum of 2 cars on the sidestreet.

Very spacious for a large family. Pool nice. Found inside to be a little dusty and lacking a feeling of it being thoroughly cleaned in some time. Otherwise, property was as expected and we enjoyed the neighborhood feel.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+.
