VRBO Bear stayed here - 08/27/2009 Breckenridge is a wonderful town and a fun place to stay! This beautiful cottage is near the town, but far enough away to be nestled between pine trees and wild flowers. We were greeted at the door and welcomed into the home with a handwritten note and a small gift.
Our expectations were exceeded upon touring the home. There were large windows in every room which overlooked beautiful landscaping and amazing views. We loved the open floor plan on the first floor where our group could cook and hang out together. Games for all ages were waiting to be played, even a Wii! We especially liked the fully stocked kitchen. Everything we could have needed was there, and cooking was fun using the high-end appliances. The bedrooms upstairs were spread out so that everyone had their own space and bathroom. The family room had a large screen TV and surround sound. The deck was very inviting with a hot tub, grill, picnic table and a fire-pit.
We were so close to town that the peaceful feeling surprised us. We could easily walk the 6 blocks to town, but we were still far enough away that we felt like we were in our own part of the world. With so much to do in Breckenridge we were never bored. There is something for everyone in your group, whether it’s shopping, hiking, biking, or checking out the local restaurants.
If you are looking for a girl’s weekend, a family reunion or just a getaway for your family - look no further. You will not be disappointed with your stay at Jules Cottage.
