Why the Owner Chose Sun City West
We chose this home because of the community Corte Bella. It's the best! We are golfers & wanted ambiance. The Troon managed Greg Nash designed course is the best in an adult setting. No course is better maintained year round, it's always green - even the roughs. All of the grounds are superbly maintained. Views are amazing! Gated and guarded community gives a very comfortable secure feeling.

You get all of our rights to the Golf Club & Country Club membership. This includes free green fees 7 days a week, practice facilities, discount in the pro shop, discounts at the course restaurant and use of all the other facilities, tennis, pool, hot tub, spa, fitness center and more. Corte Bella even has its own fine dining restaurant, "the Anacapa". Gourmet meals at very reasonable prices.
