Come hike the private trails, cook a gourmet meal in the fully equipped kitchen, enjoy a glass of wine on the patio with friends and family, and stargaze away from city lights. You'd be amazed at how many stars are out there. Bring your canine companions too - 3 Springs is dog-friendly!

We offer flexible accommodations. Just the two of you? Rent out the one bedroom main house. For larger parties, rent both the main house and the two bedroom bunkhouse. Although 3 Springs is perfect for relaxing and unwinding, you're still only a short distance away from wine tasting, shopping, golfing, fishing, and other recreational activities. Lake County is quickly becoming a very popular vacation destination, yet it still maintains that small town charm with uncrowded roads, clean air, and friendly folk.

  • I spent a long weekend at 3 Springs Ranch and cannot say enough great things about it. By the end of my visit, I was well rested and rejuvinated and my two dogs were happy and exhausted. You can tell the owners really care about their guests' experiences and it makes a difference.

  • My husband and I have stayed at the ranch 4 times and it gets better every time. They have everything you need for cooking inside or out. The kitchen has every tool, pots, pans and gadgets you need to cook up tasty treats as well as a gas bbq outside...My husband who is a home chef found everything one would need to cook up fantastic meals. It's also dog friendly wonderland. You can hang out on the hammocks and toss balls down the hill(nice for the lazy ones) or fish and go for a swim in the pond. It's a beautiful drive from SF and well worth the trip.

  • My husband and I have stayed at the beautiful 3 Springs ranch a few times. We have enjoyed both the main house and also Mila's bunkhouse. We adore this vacation spot for its seclusion, privacy and beautiful natural surroundings. Our dogs have loved it, and it is an incredibly wonderful feeling to allow them total freedom to do everything that dogs love to do: run free and hard, sniff every inch of the property, then sleep soundly in the sunshine at our feet. The main house is so perfectly equipped and modern. I can't think of an item of comfort and convenience that was missing. It's a great kitchen and family room. Great place to cook, have a glass of wine and enjoy the expansive view. Having the special farm fresh items that are provided by the owners is icing on the cake! A perfect weekend retreat- priced amazingly reasonably and close to the Bay Area. Thanks 3 Springs! We will be back!
