Location: Deale, Maryland, USA (20 miles south of Annapolis, 30 minutes to D.C./Baltimore)

Accommodations:  House, 4 Bedrooms + Other (See Description), 2.5+ Baths (Sleeps 9-11)

Rockhold Creek Retreat is a private 4 bedroom home located on Rockhold Creek in Deale, Maryland. By boat, it is just minutes to the Chesapeake Bay. You will enjoy watching the fishermen come and go everyday. We rent several slips to customers and you may see them as they come down to go out for a boat ride. The slip holders have a separate parking area. The house is clean and spacious. Bring a book or choose one from my collection in the dining room. The gazebo is a favorite spot to sit and relax. We have two large picnic tables and several yard chairs. The yard is large enough for the children to play and there is a swing in one of the huge shade trees. If you are interested in bringing your boat or jet ski, we have a slip available for an additional fee. We are providing towels and sheets for the beds mentioned.

There is an abundance of wildlife in the area. Be sure to bring your binoculars. We have blue heron, gulls, osprey and swans. There are squirrels and rabbits galore!

Mar 16-Oct 31 ..... $500/weekend .. $1400/6 nights
Nov 01-Mar 15 ..... $450/weekend .. $1200/6 nights
Boat slip rental .. $50/weekend ... $200/week
Weekly rentals are 6 nights (Mon-Sun), can be flexible.
Weekend rentals are from 3pm on Friday to 4pm on Sunday.
A security deposit of $150/weekend and $400/week is required.
There is an additional cleaning fee of $75 per rental period.

  • This is a very well kept spacious, comfortable water front home that has many amenities such as a large yard, and boat slip access. The owners are a joy. I can't wait for an opportunity to return.
