Located at the east end of the island, this beach bungalow is nestled at the end of a quiet sand and shell lane a few steps from the Gulf. The cottage features its own private pool and screened lanai.
Three bedrooms (Queen bed in the master bedroom, twin beds in the second bedroom and double bed in third bedroom). Sitting room with TV off the master bedroom. The garden is landscaped with a variety of native Gulf Coast flora.
Sanibel Island offers world class shelling and a small town family atmosphere. There are nature hikes and bike trails, as well as fishing and boating. The J. N. "Ding" Darling National Wildlife Refuge is known for its abundant bird life.
The Gulf is at the end of the lane a few yards away with no streets for children to cross. Dining and a market area are less than 2 minutes' walk away. The cottage is also near the marina, lighthouse, and fishing pier.

"Charming" is an understatement. It's extremely clean and comfortable,and the location is great. It has all the amenities, and is perfect for the laid-back guest who appreciates quiet, nature, and local flavor.

The cottage is a charmer. It is so comfortable. We can see the many touches of a caring owner. My husband is flying his kite on the beach just now. Captiva Cruise trip yesterday up the intercoatal to Boca Grande was nice. Perfect weather all day. Shelling daily . . . this so relaxing! Many thanks for all your efforts to make us welcome.
