This newer 4 bedroom 3 bath 2500 sq ft home is located on the 7th hole at beautiful Bailey Creek Golf Course. The house if fully equipped with washer and dryer, wireless internet access, all around stereo including outdoor speakers, 4 tvs with a collections of games and movies. There is also a great bbq for your outside enjoyment; there is a large porch that has a patio table with 2 chase lounges and hanging chairs, with a beautiful view of the golf course.
There are 2 king and 2 queen beds. The linens are included, we have a small amount of towels (however we suggest that you bring some from home). The master bedroom has a slider that goes onto the porch and a Jacuzzi bath and separate shower. The 2 other bathrooms have a bath/ shower combo. All have tile throughout.
There is a beautiful family room that has a 52” wide screen TV with all around stereo, also have satellite and a DVD player. There is a couch, love seat, recliner, over sized chair and 2 rockers, it is adjacent to the kitchen and dining area, the kitchen has stainless steel appliances with granite counter tops, it is fully loaded with everything you could need. The dining area has a large table that seats 8.
The lake is located about 2 miles from the house, so if you have watercrafts bring them, our driveway is very large and will accommodate you well. You might want to bring your golf clubs, fishing poles or bikes. There are so many beautiful things to see and do in Lake Almanor.
The marinas also have jet skis, boats and patio boats for rent; we have all of that information for you at the house.
