Among one of the best ocean front views in Princeville, our condominium is located on an ocean bluff at ocean’s edge, and affords you a 180 degree view of the ocean with ocean front views from every room of the condominium except the second bathroom. Along with spectacular waves crashing throughout the day and night, you will see an ongoing parade of cruise ships; outrigger paddlers; sea kayaks; humpback whales spending their winter vacation here from about December to April while the females give birth; turtles feeding directly below on the reefs at Turtle Cove; fishermen fishing in the surf at the Sealodge beach; small boats of various descriptions; a cacophony of birds; and exceptional rainbows. You can even lie in bed at night watching and listening to the waves while you drift off to sleep.
The condominium is 1100 square feet and has been completely updated. By “completely updated” my husband says that I should tell you that this means that “the unit was stripped to the studs and totally rebuilt”. The unit is located on the 2nd floor 6 steps up from the parking lot, and is on one level. There are travertine floors throughout, with 3 foot high granite countertops in the kitchen and both bathrooms, and slate tile on the lanai. There is an on site pool with chairs, restrooms and an outdoor shower. Tennis is off site and there is no charge.
The master bedroom has a 4 poster California king Stress O’ Pedic bed, en-suite master bathroom with dual headed marble and glass shower and Sanijet hydromassage tub. The second bedroom has a California king pillow-top bed and a dual headed marble and glass shower located just across the hall. There are extensive mirrors in both bathrooms including a magnifying make up mirror in the master bathroom.
Communications and electronic gear include a 40 inch LCD HD flat screen Sony television and a blue ray Sony DVD player in the living room, a 27” Toshiba television with VHS and DVD player in the master bedroom. Cable TV is provided for both TVs and there is a high speed internet and Wi Fi (wireless) connection. A TEAC MP3 and CD player is located in the living room. There are telephones located in the kitchen, master and second bedrooms that provide local service and can be used in conjunction with prepaid long distance calling cards.
Beach paraphernalia include two 42 inch boogie boards, snorkeling equipment for 2 adults (1 male and 1 female including masks, snorkels and fins) and snorkel and masks for 2 children. Beach chairs for 4, coolers, and beach towels for 6 for both pool and ocean days.

Why the Owner Chose Alii Kai
We fell in love with Kauai 31 years ago when we spent our honeymoon here. We have been back many times and finally decided to buy our own condo here. We vacationed at Alii Kai twice and finally decided that we should have our own unit here.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
This unit is only minutes from grocery stores, shopping and restaurants. Hanneli is about a 15 minute drive. Hiking, golfing and horse back riding are a short drive away and the scenery is spectacular.
Center has large full service grocery store, gas station, many shops and services as well as several restuarants.

I am a photographer and my wife Cate is a retired dietician. We have 3 cats and a dog named Emma. This is our home for 2 months of the year (Without the animals unfortunately). We enjoy travelling and hiking and all things outdoor. Kauai is a wonderful place to do all these things.
