Living in the Tampa Bay Area and being a local, I tend to forget about the wonderful beaches we have access to. This condo has a oversized balcony with a picture perfect view of Beach both and North and South. Photos are good, but unit & views are much more stunning in person...Being an end unit you have a wrap around view of beach and sliders in both the living room, dining room and master suite. It is bright and open. You can see beach from any room in condo and hear the waves 24/7. The sunsets were spectacular every evening. The complex is smaller which was very nice and it has a more private setting than the built up tourist areas located on North and South ends of beach. It has the "Old Florida" feel I fell in love with 20 years ago when I moved here. Myself and best friend found it perfect for 50+ age group that prefers no small children or young "party" type groups. There is a beach side pool and hot tub. Crabby Bills is right accross the street and we hit "stone crab" season which is a real treat. You have access to great dinning and entertainment should you desire a active evening. Guppys is a must for fine dining in a beach casual atmosphere & is apx 1 mile away. This was a trip my friend and I will never forget.. However, I am planning a romantic stay for my husband and myself. This will be my "staycation' for many years to come. Being a local & a Realtor in Tampa, I can tell you it would be very difficult to find a better condo location with a more perfect view of one of the most spectacuar beaches in Florida. The complex is also very secure & requires keys for every access which was very nice. Over sized balcony and stunning sunsets and raspberry mojitos every evening is something I highly recommend for anyone. For all you locals, re-discover our beaches!!! I was there during the off season and it was if I had my own private beach. Weather is still great and prices a bit lower, perfect for all you locals. If coming in from out of State or out of the Country, you cannot go wrong with this condo!!! What a great find and I will be back every year for a "staycation" Thanks to the owner and agent , it was perfect.........I'll be back.

You will not find a better location! Right on the beach with panoramic glass view from living room, dining room and bedroom. Everything we needed was there from the oceanfront hot tub and pool to the well equipped kitchen and beach furniture. The owner was extremely helpful with recommendations for local restaurants and activities. The beach was pristine and not crowded. We will definitely be back!

This is the third time we've stayed here and love it more every time. The proximity to restaurants and stores is a real plus. The first time we stayed, we made our second reservation before returning home. We are tentatively planning another visit later in the year.

When i take a vacation I like peace and quite. This place was perfect for me. The beach ws never crowded so I felt like i had my own semi-private beach. The condo has a wonderful expansive view of the beach and ocean. We loved drinking wine and watching the sun go down on the balcony. The whole trip was just what I needed. No complaints

What a perfect relaxing time. While the condo is not fancy fancy it is extremely comfortable and Homey! The pool and hot tub were perfect after coming off the beach. Mike allowed us to use his beach blankets, chairs, cooler and toys which things very convienent. Walking to Crabby Bills was great. The location really was fantastic. Sitting on the balcony to watch the sun go down was amazing! Can't wait to return next year.
