The Springs is located on the eastern side of River Run Village, yet only 100 yards from the ski lifts. It's so close to the lifts that people skiing just for the day PAY to park where this complex is located so they too can walk to the ski lifts! The Springs offers by far the nicest amenities of any condo complex in River Run Village. The courtyard is filled with plenty of things to do for people of all ages. The swimming pool is THE best in all of Keystone and features a water slide, and multiple pools and outdoor hot tubs. Not to mention the outdoor gas grill, fire pit and play area for kids....all in a secure fenced environment.
The Courtyard - If you thought the pool is awesome at The Springs, just take a look around at the courtyard! Featuring a firepit with benches surrounding and a gas grill for you to cook your own trout! The Springs courtyard is by far the most feature packed in all of River Run Village at Keystone.
The POOL!!! - The outdoor heated pool and hot tubs are what make The Springs the MOST desirable place to stay in all of River Run Village at Keystone. Featuring a huge outdoor pool with a natural water slide along with numerous hot tubs and water falls. Open year-round!
Rec Room in the lobby - Featuring a pool table and big screen TV lounge right in the lobby. Bar tables and a wet bar is accessible for all guests. (Sorry...drinks not supplied, but you can certainly make your own here).
Kids play room - Located right in the lobby there is a separate room for kids while you play pool or watch TV with your fellow travelers. Lots of toys, video tapes all tucked into a secure location so the kids can't wander off too far.
Walk to the ski slopes - Pop out any door at The Springs, and you'll be at the ski lift in about 2 minutes. by foot along snow-cleared heated pathways.
Heated underground parking - As with all properties in River Run Village, you'll have heated underground parking for your car so you won't have to worry about trying to start it up in the cold or scrape any ice off the windows.
Walk to shops and restaurants - Located right in River Run, but off to the side just a little, you have easy access to all the fun and excitement of River Run Village. Stop by the Inxspot or Starbucks for coffee and don't forget the Great Northern Tavern or Parrot Eyes for lunch and dinner.
Bike Path - In the summer months, the bike path runs right next to The Springs and allows access to all the features of the Keystone Valley. Follow the bike path all the way down the valley to Lake Dillon, the town of Dillon, the town of Frisco and eventually to Breckenridge if you're feeling frisky.

I live in Evergreen, Co and have for the past 12 years. Love to ski and I love Keystone, my boys and I ski every chance we get. I am a management consultant and travel over half my time so that leaves the condo open for rentals.
Why the Owner Chose River Run, Springs
We love to ski and Keystone is one of the best places to do it. It is also beautiful in the Spring and Summer, good place to go and get away from it all.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
Our condo is right on the mountain, they just put in a new gondola and it is about 100 feet from the condo! The condo faces the mountain, so the views are amazing. The condo has all the amenities, pool, hot tubs and even a fire pit. You could not ask for more in a vacation rental.
