One and two-bedroom condominiums at the Royal Palm Beach Club - Simpson Bay, Saint Maarten. Our condominiums are first class, affordable, and ON THE BEACH. They offer the advantages of a condominium with many of the full facilities of a resort.
All bedrooms have king-size beds and private bathrooms with ceramic showers. The two-bedroom condominiums have a comfortable sleep sofa in the living room. The condominiums are centrally air conditioned and quiet (many villas and condominiums in the Caribbean offer only room air conditioners in the bedroom). There is cable TV in the living room and each bedroom with CNN and HBO.
Twenty feet of window slides open to the pool, beach, and the Caribbean. The patios are delightful for breakfast or afternoon cocktails. The cruise liners can be seen in the morning sailing into Philipsburg and with their lights in the evening sailing away.
One-bedroom condominiums are 1000 square feet with the two-bedroom condominiums at 1100 square feet. The kitchens are complete with microwave, range, oven, refrigerator, blender, coffee maker, etc. down to the corkscrew. The views from the condominiums and the patios show the unique pool with swim-up bar. Service is available most of the day and one can enjoy lunch pool side or on the beach.
