We have a family-friendly pet-friendly fully-furnished modern apartment available for nightly, weekend, weekly or monthly stays. The apartment sleeps 4-6 adults comfortably using the 2 queen-size beds and 1 queen-size sofa-sleeper. An additional 1-2 guests can be accommodated in the apartment using the twin-size daybed & trundle. Additional apartments are available on the same property for large groups (maximum 23 guests). We respond quickly to both phone and online requests.
The apartment comes with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room with an HD-TV, a CD/DVD player, a dining room and a full-equipped kitchen with dishes, cups, cookware, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, etc. Also included are linens and towels for your group. Gas-forced heat, central air-conditioning, cable TV, wireless internet, unlimited nationwide calling, washer/dryer and backyard patio with gas barbecue grill (weather permitting) are also available for your use.
The apartment is close to the intersection of Fremont & Waveland which is in the 60613 zip code, is 1.5 blocks to Wrigley Field and is 1.5 blocks to the Addison stop of the red line train. The apartment is within walking distance to Whole Foods grocery store, Starbucks cofee shop and IHOP breakfast restaurant! There is parking available on the premises for an additional fee. If you want to explore neighborhoods other than Wrigleyville, there are plenty of taxi-cabs to take you to Lakeview, Andersonville, Bucktown, Lincoln Square, Wicker Park, Gold Coast, South Loop or wherever you please.
For a 2-night stay, $310 (average; rates are higher from May to October) plus tax per night per apartment. Discounts are available for additional nights. Please provide your exact dates to get the exact rate. Some weekends may require a 3-night or 4-night stay.

We, Karen and Jamie, are the owners and operators of Fremont Place of Chicago. We have been married for about as long as we have owned the building. We are Cubs fans and enjoy everything that the Wrigleyville neighborhood of Chicago has to offer.
Why the Owner Chose Wrigleyville
We live in the Wrigleyville neighborhood, the same neighborhood that Fremont Place of Chicago resides. When our families would visit us, there were no short-term rental accommodations nearby. We found that our only option was hotels downtown. Therefore, we started Fremont Place of Chicago to provide nearby accommodations for our families. We have enjoyed providing our families, friends and visitors of Chicago with the opportunity to live in the neighborhood that we love.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
This 2nd floor apartment (along with the 1st floor and 3rd floor apartments) is the closest short-term rental accommodation to Wrigley Field, being just 1.5 blocks away. It is also just 1.5 blocks to the "El" (Chicago's public transportation train system), which can take guests downtown, to the Magnificent Mile, the Museum Campus and other numerous tourist sites. This 2nd floor apartment offers guests the ability to be a resident of Chicago's Wrigleyville neighborhood, which offers world-class restaurants, pubs, nightlife, theater, shopping and much more.
