There are mountains in every view and unobstructed stargazing at night. Overlooking a vineyard and developing fields, Z Creek is uniquely located for privacy yet convenience. The bike path, hiking trials, downtown, grocery stores, I-5, Mt. Ashland (20 minutes from house) and numerous amenities are minutes out the door.
One bathroom has a shower and the other a tub. The house is roomy, light and set up for relaxation or fun in a gorgeous setting. There is a formal living room with a baby grand piano, office, TV room, kitchen, and dining area outside and inside. Built in 1969, the lovingly restored property sits on ten acres with the main house out of sight.
