You are My Sunshine is an elegant 4 bedroom / 4.5 bath home which sleeps up to 10 people and is located steps away from the pristine sands of WaterSound Beach. This 2070 sq. ft. home includes the use of a golf car and access to the private WaterSound Beach Club (additional fees apply for the beach club). The WaterSound Beach community is nestled along the south side of 30-A (beach side) and the entire community is gulf-front with multiple boardwalks leading to one mile of sugar white sand and pristine dunes.
Ground Floor: Entry mudroom has bench and front loading washer and dryer. Fully equipped kitchen has granite counter tops, central island with 4 bar stools, Viking frig, Viking 6 burner gas stove top, oven, dishwasher and microwave. Dining table seats 6. Cozy living room has sofa, 3 plush side chairs, ottoman, coffee table, 2 side tables and 2 lamps. Entertainment options include an LCD TV, DVD, a stock of family board games and wireless internet connectivity. Convenient powder room off kitchen. Ground floor master bedroom has king bed, 2 bedside tables, 2 lamps, TV, closet, and private bath with double vanity sink, soaking tub and walk-in shower.
Second Floor: Queen bedroom has 2 bedside tables, 2 lamps, dresser, TV, closet and private bath with vanity sink and shower. Bedroom with 2 twin beds has 1 bedside table, 1 lamp, chest of drawers, closet and private bath with vanity sink and shower. Kids bedroom with queen bed, twin day bed and additional twin bed has 2 bedside tables, 2 lamps, small chest of drawers, lamp, TV and private bath with vanity sink and shower. Convenient desk in hall for those who must work.
Outdoors: French doors off living room open to front porch facing the boardwalk. This porch is decorated with 2 cushioned chairs, love seat and side tables and is perfect for enjoying morning coffee. The entry porch off the driveway has a picnic table for outdoor dining and 2 Adirondack chairs. Outdoor hot/cold shower. Gas grill. Complimentary use of golf cart which can be used to get to the beach or the beach club. Driveway parking for 2 or 3 cars.
WaterSound Amenities: Puttering Park (18 hole putt-putt course), 4 community pools, Bike and Kayak Rentals, walking paths and boardwalks throughout community, fitness center (fees applicable), and Camp Creek Lake – one of the world’s rare coastal dune lakes.
WaterSound Private Beach Club Amenities: The club offers tennis courts, free beach chair/umbrella service in front of the club, 7,000 sq ft free-form pool, lockers and showers, a restaurant and beach access. Passes to the Beach Club are available at the current 2011 rates: $200 per week for 4 guests; $40 each additional guest. For stays less than a week, the daily rate for the Beach Club is $40 per day for 4 guests; $15 per day for each additional guest.

We stayed here in May 2010 with another family with small kids and it was perfect for our two families! The kid's room was great and we also did the Beach Club package and highly recommend it. The golf cart was the best part of the deal with small kids and all their gear and tired legs. The mini golf, bike paths, quiet neighborhood, boardwalk to the beach...Awesome! Thank you for a great stay! It was perfect!

We stayed at this property in March 2010. We shared it with another couple & we each have two small children. We all had our own space and plenty of room. Every bedroom has its own private bath. The house is close to the beach, in a gated community and comes with a golf cart. We rented another golf cart from Golf Depot in PCB. The house is furnished/decorated like an owner's home, not a rental. The furniture/decor/appliances are very high end. The house was clean & the beds are comfortable! The porches are great & we could hear the ocean. There was plenty of room for the kids to play outside & ride bikes. No traffic. No crowds. We added the "Beach Club" access and the pool is HEATED. It was worth the extra money, especially if it's a little cold for the beach. The other two pools are not heated. The rental company (Sunburst Vacation Rentals) was a pleasure to worth with and had great communication. Watersound is our favorite place to stay and this was our BEST rental in all of the 30-A area. We highly recommend "You are my Sunshine" and we will rent this unit again. It's what you hope your rental will be like when you arrive at the beach!
