This is an ideal vacation getaway in the Florida Keys.
Packed with amenities, it has access to gulf side dockage, a park nearby and has many other activities in the area. This is considered in the upper keys area and is very convenient to get to. Approximately 1.5 hour drive from MIA airport. This is a gated community with 24 hour security, very private and exclusive for the residents.
The unit is very well maintained and can sleep up to 8 comfortably. You are only about two hours from Key West and there are so many unique sights and sounds in the area. Most important though, is that you will experience the Florida Keys legendary lifestyle! No watches, no worries, everyone is laid back. Whatever you are into, boating fishing, snorkeling, diving, this rental is for you. Especially for boaters, as this has dock space for you when you rent and if you live or visit in the Keys everyone knows that this is very precious and limited.
You are assured a peaceful and relaxing vacation here. Owner is very accommodating!!

This location is unique and is a great getaway retreat from the fast pace life elsewhere. Come and enjoy the "Keys" life style where you are surrounded by crystal clear ocean waters. Have fun with all the great water sports or the areas historic wonders. We are located approximately 2 hours from Key West, but only 20 minutes to John Pennekamp State Park and home to the United States' Only Living Coral Reef known for some of the best fishing in the world.
City Park with all the amenities including Olympic size pool and full service marina, skate park, outdoor amphitheatre and more.
This place is known to locals as having one of the most spectacular sunsets in the keys. Live band, most days, reasonably priced food and great drinks!! BRING CAMERA
Similar to a Bass Pro shop or a Cabelas. This place is a must see (has replica boat owned by Ernest Hemingway, "Pilar")
Go here for another beautiful state park. Snorkel or dive one of the keys many coral reefs. Great for kids too.

Pat and Ed Santos are the owners and are experienced travelers. Ed is Accountant and Certified Financial Planner in the South Florida area, Pat is a retired Secretary and is now a homemaker and full-time Grandmother to 10 Grand-children. We lived in South Florida all our adult lives. We attended High School & College here and have always enjoyed the keys with our large Multi-generational Family and friends. Executive Bay is is the best place to stay in the upper keys, hands down!!

We stayed the month of Feb, 2010 at this Islamorada condo and had a great time. The owners were just delightful to deal with -- efficient, caring and honest in their descriptions. We had a list of questions and all of them were answered before we signed the contract. We experienced some WiFi issues while there, but their son-in-law spent personal time getting us up and running. The nearby city park was unbelievably lovely and we took in several of the events taking place there in the amphitheater. The location in the middle keys was ideal for taking in sites on both ends of the Keys. The unit was as advertised and all our dealings with the owners were positive. We would highly recommend this property to anyone considering it.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, sightseeing, age 55+.
