Everything is Brand New! This 2 story, 4 bedroom 1.5 bath 2 car garage house features a large wrap around deck with a beautiful view of the tree tops and mountains. The 2 story house is above the garage. On one of the sides of the deck there are 2 BBQ’s; one is a Charcoal barrel BBQ and the other is propane BBQ. The large living room is located on the 1st floor and consists of a Plasma screen TV along with a DVD player for your viewing enjoyment. The couch is a pull out bed that sleeps 2. Also located in the living room is the Wood Burning and Natural Gas Fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 1 year old dishwasher and full size stainless steel refrigerator for your convenience. The downstairs bathroom is also the laundry room that has a full size washer and dryer.
The downstairs bedroom has a king bed and a 52 inch big screen TV; upstairs has 3 more bedrooms with a full bath at the end of the hallway. The master bedroom has two queen beds and a very nice futon that is also a full size bed (the mattress is very thick and comfortable) and a TV. Directly across the hall is the 3rd bedroom with a king bed. The 4th bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted into bunk beds, great for kids to get away. This is a great place to relax and enjoy your time; you are within 5 minutes from the lake and the resorts.
