This lovely cottage is situated on a level lot that leads to 50' of pristine Canandaigua lakefront and is only 5 minutes away from all amenities and all of your shopping needs.
The interior is stylishly appointed with new furnishings. The first floor includes a bright, spacious kitchen with large breakfast table, a living room with oversized furniture, an enclosed porch that is a dining room overlooking the lake.
The second floor, which has four bedrooms and two full bathrooms is decorated with classic cottage style. The "Nautical Room" offers a queen sized bed and overlooks the lake. The "Coral Room" also has a queen bed and lake view. Across the hall is the "Hawaii Room" with two twin beds and lots of fun decor. Off the main hallway, is a full bath with shower, and tucked in the back of the home is the "SeaShell Room". Here you will find a double bed and attached full bathroom with shower.
Enjoy shade or sun!! A new lakeside deck is located off the dining room/enclosed porch just perfect for outdoor dining and enjoying the sunsets. A terrace patio is at the waterfront edge just steps away. Lounge in beautiful Adirondack chairs across the terrace or sit at cafe tables to enjoy the tranquil scenery while having your morning coffee or wine and cheese. The shallow entry at the breakwall is ideal for younger children and the water is very shallow all the way to the end of the dock.(no diving) The dock is available for guests' use as well as a mooring buoy. My father in law rented this cottage for our family of four, my brother and sister in law and him and his wife. We had a fabulous weekend! The house is amazing and a wonderful home away from home. It has a very cozy feel and is tastefully decorated. The owners provided games in the cabinet in the living room which entertained our kids for hours. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need and we cooked dinner every night we were there. We could only stay 3 nights and we all wished we could have stayed longer. We would definitely rent this home again!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

This family-friendly,well-equipped oasis on scenic Canandaigua Lake enabled grandparents and grandchildren a special time together creating some memorable moments fishing off the dock, duck-watching/feeding, boating around the lake, and swimming safely in the shallow waters just off shore. In the evening parents and grandparents relaxed in the quiet breeze sipping wine in adirondack chairs at the water's edge watching spectacular sunsets. Just what a vacation should be - something for everyone. The owner could not have been more accommodating before and during our time there. We felt so at home and welcome. Even our neighbors welcomed us to the neighborhood!
