New bathroom area besides the pool make it easy for parents with young children. Pool area very accessible to wheel chair and handicapped individuals.

***7th. Floor with spectacular view of beach and ocean. On the street side of the unit, there is a great view of the lagoon/bay.

***Conveniently located 1 mile west of hwy 59. Close to everything - restaurants, grocery and shopping.

***Master bedroom features a NEW, KING BED. 2nd Bedroom features one twin bed and a daybed with trundle that can be converted to 2 twins or 1 queen. A new queen, sleeper sofa has just arrived in the living area - sleeps 2 adults easily.

Sorry - no pets allowed and all children, teenagers and college age students are to be accompanied by parents or adults.

Hello, so glad to meet you. We own two condos in the ocean house complexes. Unit #1205 in ocean house 1 and unit #2705 in ocean house 2. We have been living in the Foley area for 10 years now. Please come to see us. Carl and Jeanne Gibson

Why the Owner Chose Ocean House II

The ocean house complexes were built in 2000 and we choose to purchase these units due to the sound construction of the complexes, great location and beautiful beaches. The home owner association is exceptional and the complexes are always in tip-top shape.

The Unique Benefits of this Condominium

Beautiful, white, sugar sands draw everyone to our beaches. Clean and beautiful is both the sand and the water. Beaches are quite large allowing visitors to spread out and enjoy. The 0-line pool is the largest on the beach which allows both the young and the old to easy entry.
