A quiet area with beautiful rolling hills and woods. 15 miles east of Interstate 77 at the Historic Zoar Exit. 30 minutes to Canton, 20 minutes to New Philadelphia and 10 minutes to Carrolton, Ohio. Also, under 90 minutes to Cleveland or Columbus. Two miles to boat ramp, two miles to Atwood Lodge and Golf Course. Four miles to the East Marina five miles to the West Marina and Litehouse restaurant only six miles to Atwood Campground and Swimming Beach. Boat rentals are available at the Marinas with a 25 HP limit for boats.
Excellent for pontoon, small boats and sail boats. Good fishing for Saugeye, Catfish, Crappies, White Bass, and large mouth bass. Also several very nice golf courses are within 15 to 20 minute drive. Close by is historic Zoar Village open for tours. Amish country is a short drive 20-30 minutes away. Dellroy is three miles north and has an eat in or drive up restaurant with excellent fish and ice cream products A winery, supermarket, car wash, and bowling alley also in Dellroy. Wild turkey and deer abound in the area.
The cottage offers beautiful cathedral ceilings, outdoor fireplace, large deck, full kitchen, sunken living room, and a center island with comfortable padded chairs. Also has a plush futon and raised dining area with game table. Two skylights, and is the nicest little cottage on the lake, sleeping six very comfortably.

is cancelled. Rent will only be refunded if cancellation is made 30 days prior to
arrival. 5/15 - 10/15 Weekends only $400+$200 security. Off season rates $450/wk
+ $200 security deposit. Weekends $275+$150 security dep.(off season only)
1/2 rent + security deposit required to reserve the cottage, balance due 30 days
prior to arrival. If looking for a date less than 30 days before arrival
Full rent and security deposit required to reserve cottage.
